I'll balance the negative reviews - which sound rough! Legit issues it looks like - but our experience has been nothing but perfect.
Very polite & helpful staff, large store, pharmacy has always been quick & friendly whenever we get refills. Just remember the pharmacy is closed 1:30-2p for their lunch, and you'll be set.

I have been coming here for 7 years. I've never experienced such kind, loving, and just genuine staff. Sure some of them may not necessarily love their jobs, but I've been shown nothing but kindness from them, over about a dozen or so staff.
Without reading the comments or reviews I'm sure it's so low because the location is slow to check out. This however, is not their fault. They have one register open at all times and that's it. You should not be coming to rite aid expecting to grocery shop, and it's not a minute mart. You should be thankful it's there at all. I'm not a staff here, I just know good people when I see them. If you're looking for non-judgmental eyes, I would come here. Perfect place to buy condoms, adult diapers, too much alcohol, all the things that are a little embarrassing. They won't bat an eye.
I have no experience with their pharmacy besides getting a free booster so that was nice.

They take walk-ins for covid boosters, while Walgreens does not. This makes them a five-star joint in my book. Also, they were friendly & efficient at the pharmacy.

This Rite Location also has the biggest and widest selection of beer and spirits I've seen in any other location, all at bargain prices if you have a Rite Aid rewards card.

This store may not be the BEST but they are friendly & helpful every time I come here. The employees greet you and answer questions and are very helpful despite the fact they have to deal with a good amount of challenging customers!! I have visited this store very close to closing time for an emergency walking cane due to a friends fall and they were SO helpful and patient. I admire the staff here & the store is clean & bright. Pharmacy is never too too busy and you do not wait forever in line.

Fill my sons meds here he has ongoing medical issues and we end up coming to the pharmacy a lot. Usually since he is 7 he gets bored but today when we had to grab a prescription one of the cashiers gave my son 2 balloons and it made his night. He had such a big smile! Recommend this rite aid if you have to go to the pharmacy a lot and have kids all the employees are very kid friendly

Though this is one of the busiest pharmacies in Bellingham, the customer service cannot be beat. It is what keeps us coming back here rather than to one of the others that are less busy. Recently, I needed a refill for a medication I must take to travel and I, unfortunately, waited until the last minute before contacting the pharmacy. Joanna, fortunately, noticed the prescription had been written incorrectly and spent a great deal of time with me and my doctor getting it all straightened out. This took numerous phone calls but she kept me updated every step of the way, relieving my stress AND filling it in time for my trip. This is not the first time that Joanna has demonstrated her kindness and professionalism. She makes absolutely sure we understand our medications and is always punctual with our prescriptions. While there are other pharmacies closer to us, we go out of our way because of Joanna and the rest of the staff at Sehome's pharmacy. We are customers not because it's Rite Aid but because of Joanna. Thank you for her and, consequently, Rite Aid's attention to true customer service.

The Sehome Rite Aid pharmacy is the best by far! The pharmacy staff are always friendly (especially Mark) and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. I transferred my family's prescriptions from Ferndale because the wait times are NEVER less than an hour or DAYS! Thank you Sehome staff!!!!

Let's be honest. I love this pharmacy. I don't care that just about the whole University uses it and so it's constantly busy. Mark is so kind and great at his job and he learns everyone's name. I haven't had a bad experience with the staff here. Not once. They always get me taken care of. Even when some crazy stuff has happened. They just try so hard to help and it shows.

I have been going to rite aid pharmacy on 36th street at sehome village for several years and I love doing business with them. They are all very nice and work in a timely fashion to get me out of there quickly especially during this Covid season. I moved to the other end of town a little over a year ago and I still travel to them rather than use a closer pharmacy because I love and trust them so much. I wouldn’t trade them unless I were forced to do so. I highly recommend them.

Got my vaccines here, shopped here for about a year or so now. There's always a supply of whatever you could be looking for. Friendly clerks, and the staff keeps it clean. Only downside is that some things (mostly vitamins and supplements) are pretty expensive compared to places like Safeway or even Haggen's next door. Otherwise, it's all you could ask for in a get-in-get-out situation.

Harry and Eileen in the pharmacy are the best. Just out of surgery and they helped me figure out the insurance billing!! Quick and incredible nice service!!

The people working at this pharmacy are great, Their people skills and commitment to providing 5 star customer service is about as good as it gets.
