Very personable, knowledgeable. Was in no rush to evaluate my recovery or answer questions. He did a thorough examination of my incision and areas affected by my surgery. Reminded me of precautions and meds. Also allowed me some time for in common conversation.

He also asked me if I had any other injuries that were effecting my quality of life and we had a good discussion about a knee issue I’ve been living with.
Online check in and electronic forms I filled out upon arrival were very user friendly.

My post-op appointment exceeded my expectations! PA, Alex was genuinely concerned about my healing process and answered all of my questions. His compassion & knowledge about how difficult a rotator cuff repair can be was self evident! His bedside manor was SO appreciated! He even made me laugh 😀 Great staff throughout!
