Dr. Topher and his team are very professional, and very caring. They take the time to educate you on what they are doing, and make sure they know of any needs you have. Overall the best dental practice I have been to.

I was able to get in reasonably quick, the office ladies were so sweet. Dr Barnet and staff, was very kind, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend!!

Made a plan for fixing my teeth and I'm really happy with it. Did a excellent job with the crown and fixing two fillings. Very pleased with the work that was done. My son got his teeth cleaned on 4/7/24 this was his first time seeing this dentist he really liked him and will be going back to him.

We love Dr Topher ! He is great with kids and adults. He is super smart and knows his stuff. We love the staff. They are friendly and caring and treat us well.

Friendly staff and very efficient dental work. In and out with a root canal in just three hours. They diagnosed it and took care of the problem right then and there. The cost is broken down and discussed beforehand so you know what you are getting into. Dr. Barnett is personable and makes patients as comfortable as possible. So glad I found this place!

We are new to the area, having moved here just 6 months ago. This was my 1st visit to Richfield Family Dental for my annual X-rays, cleaning & exam. The entire staff was so very welcoming, from Receptionist , to Dental Assistant, to Dental Hygienist, to the Dentist.
Dr. Topher examined & found teeth needing attention that I was completely unaware of by using the high tech Panoramic X-ray Machine that circles around the head. The office manager. (aka the Insurance lady) wrote up 2 options for my upcoming treatment plan & will contact my insurance for the exact expenses involved. At the same time I was offered a 2 year payment plan as well.
I have a few physical limitations so the only problem I had at the clinic was the employee bathroom toilet, which I was graciously offered to use, in the hurry I was in. Not only was it very short/low to the floor but there was not a “grab bar” on the wall next to it either. It really needs to have an ADA toilet which is much taller & of course , a “grab bar” on the wall. I would also suggest a new cleaning company that knows how to use a pumice stone to clean & remove the unsightly ring around the inside of the toilet bowl.

As always, super professional staff. The hygienist was very skilled. Felt no pain, but she was very thorough and my teeth felt really good afterwards. X-rays were quick and hassle-free. Just what you want with a 6 month cleaning and checkup! Love this place!!

Best dental experience I have had hands down! Great staff, fast and efficient. My teeth cleaning was pain free. Dr. Topher was excellent! Would recommend to family and friends.

I was pleased with the personal touch that was shared from the moment that I walked in. Dr. Barnett took extra time to make sure that my crown was fitted properly. The staff makes me feel that I am more than just a patient, but a friend. They asked about my family, work and my health.

Went in today to get some bone spurs removed and my dentures looked at, the staff was amazing, kind and thoughtful of my anxiety. The Dr. And staff explained to me everything that will be done and reassured me that everything would be fantastic..I can't wait for my new smile and look forwards to going in and finishing the work..and this comes from a anxiety filled pt...thank you!..I would so recommend richfield family dental for any procedure that you may have.

Ive loved my experience with Richfield Family Dental! The staff are wonderful and Dr Topher is personable and does a great job as does Whitney the dental hygienist. Love it there!!

I had my Check up & Cleaning Appointment today I was greeted with a Hello & Smile from the Front Desk girl Raligh & The Hygenist was so nice too & Of Course Dr. Topher is so nice & His Asst Sage It is like visiting your family.I recommend this office They are kind & Very professional.

Dr. Barnett and staff were awesome! They are very knowledgeable professionals, and cater to not only the patients needs but wants and comforts as well. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist, but I felt very comfortable and reassured in their office! They make dental care less stressful. I 10/10 highly recommend them for your dental needs!
