Had to change insurance companies. Chris was unable to provide us with quality or professional service. His failure to close our Business insurance has resulted in a long drawn out battle with Liberty Mutual that will most likely cost us over 2000.00. Chris is full of excuses, responds slow, nothing is his fault and will not help us resolve this problem he is part of. This could be part of the reason he no longer is an agent with his previous company? You will be happier with another agent.
