Rick at Senior Solutions Group did a fantastic job as they always have every year. This year, my wife turned 65, and Rick's people called and wished her a happy birthday and made sure we knew that there was a 6 month window to decide about Supplemental Social Security if interested. At our age and declining health, it is very confusing and stressful.
So they set us up with a phone appointment as we wanted, we could have gone in also.
As always, he explained the "Why"s at 65 and the differences between plans. He answered any questions and made it so easy to understand so we could make our best decisions. He goes all out and looks up the prescription medicine my wife uses and doctors to also get the best fit.
Thank You Rick for making everything so easy to understand and even filled out all the application's paperwork and had my wife electronically signed them right there on the phone.
You guys are great. Besides helping both of us, he also takes care of my 88 year old father-in-law, and we dont have to sweat it.

If you need help with your Medicare & Supplement this is the place to go. Rick helped me get our Supplement reduced in half, and Part D at $0 a month. If you have long-term care and/or cancer insurance he will review it for you, which I highly recommend.
When you call you will be asked to leave a message and they are very prompt in calling you back. The staff is very nice and they call you if the rates are changing.

I was referred to Senior Solutions by a friend who just gone through the Social Security " nightmare". I was very confused about what to do or how to choose what would work for me. I had previously had so much information come at me that I had one idea what to do. Then my friend Theresa sent me to Rick and his staff. Rick has been my trusted insurance agent for several years. He and his team consistently go above and beyond the call of duty! He compassionately understands my financial challenges and the complex medical issues for which I need the most comprehensive insurance coverage at the most equitable price. He contacts me whenever he sees that he can save me money and still provide me with excellent coverage.

I have had two instances since 2021 when Rick went to bat for me. Following a catastrophic injury, major reconstructive surgery on my leg, and nearly 5 weeks in two different hospitals, I spent 6 weeks in a skilled nursing facility's rehab unit. On my second day there, I was presented with a bill for $1500+! I was panic-stricken, so I called Rick. His response was, "You shouldn't owe them anything. That's why we took out the policy you have! The last thing you should have to worry about right now is money!!" I gave Rick the phone number and he said he would call the facility and straighten things out. Within the next 15-30 minutes I got a call back from Rick, assuring me that the bill was a mistake. What a relief!!

Ten months ago, I received another $1,000+ bill from the same facility, stating that my claim from 2021 had been denied by Medicare. I immediately called Rick (about 4:55 PM) and apologized for the late call. He didn't put me off until the next business day, but went right to work contacting Medicare and arranging 3 way calls so I could be included in the discussion. It took complicated explanations related to the hospital and rehab care I received, but Rick was steadfast in advocating me. Ultimately, the situation was resolved, but not until nearly 2 hours later...7 PM, well after the time he could have been home with his family.

I am so grateful for Senior Solutions, Rick and his wife, Tanya, and their whole team for their generosity of resources, time, professionalism, and caring. Not long after I started working with Rick he explained to me that he sees his work as a ministry. I can tell you, this is a man who walks his talk!

My husband and I originally met with Rick in 2018 to see if there were any savings opportunities in our Medicare supplement and drug plan costs. Don't believe everything on those TV ads. Senior Solutions Group spent time with us giving us the pros and cons of all the programs out there making it much easier to make our own decision on which one was best for our situation at this time in our lives.
