We stopped in for a breakfast burrito at Valerie’s Taco Shop in Beaver, Utah and it was the best breakfast burrito I have had in years! I ordered mine with potatoes, eggs, cheese and sausage. Just perfect, not greasy at all. The red hot sauce is so yummy, just the right amount of heat. My husband ordered his with bacon and he said it was so yummy as well. They are huge! They serve breakfast burritos all day too, so add bonus. I will definitely eat here again when I am in Beaver.

Best taco salad i ever had. Pollo. Shell was perfect! Good serving. Rice, beans, guacamole, etc. everything was great!

Have stopped here a few time while on the road, I love the Chicken Flautas, if you not a fan of Sour Cream make sure to ask for them with out it. I unfortunately haven’t tried anything else here but my next time through I will be getting a different item so stay tuned for and update to this post. Sorry I forgot to take a pic before taking a bite LOL

Update ordered again and wow the quesadilla is amazing. Asked for double meat and from $12 I got so much I could only eat one slice!

My only complaint is I should have come here first instead of wasting my money at Wendys! I ordered the beef chimichunga plate and it was soooo good! Definitely get a bang for your buck. They also have good customer service (unlike Wendys)! Do yourselves a favor and check them out. Will definitely be back if I'm ever this way again.

Always got to get the rolled tacos. The Carne asada has a nice seasoning to it. The salsa verde is a must have too

Carne asada fríes are so fire 🔥 the carne asada quesadilla too! I always have to stop here when I am driving through. If someone told me that I have to choose between the Carne Asada fries or my girlfriend, best believe I’m going to be a single man.

I got the carne asada rice bowl here and it was very good and just as filling. We've never been to Beaver before and may not pass through anytime soon, but if we do I'm definitely stopping by here again!

Best burrito for at least 100 miles. (And guys, I know burritos) Side note: the bathrooms at this gas station are super clean and nice. At least they were when I was there.

Great people. Fast at getting your food out to you. If you order tacos get like 2-3 because they aren’t the normal street tacos. I will CALL them BLVD tacos. Amazing and delicious I will definitely come back when over here.

I always make sure to stop here! They have the best food!! It’s a must stop if you’re traveling through!

Soooo good! Got a breakfast burrito as big as my head, and the chimichangas/ carnitas plates never ever disappoint.

Everything was good and affordable. Had the rolled tacos and came with beans and rice.they were so good and crispy. Also ordered the grilled chicken burrito and the breakfast burrito, which is a great deal. I was told it was also very good . Best value on a roadside travel break.

I ordered the carne asada breakfast burrito, I added potatoes to it. While it was $11.00 it was flipping huge... worth every penny!

Fast friendly service too

The best steak quesadilla I ever had on my life. They fill it with the best steak and cook it to perfection. It was a 10 out of 10. Would recommend to everyone to stop and try the food.

Maybe it's the long drive maybe it's a great breakfast burrito but every time I drive thru beaver I stop here

Delicious authentic Mexican food! Valarie is a kind woman who puts all her love into the food. Both fresh salsas were delicious. Generous portions for a great price! Rice and beans needed some salt but that's just my opinion. Excellent truck stop food unlike the many fast food chains.
One last note, she keeps excellent hours of service for truck drivers 8am to 1130pm

Insanely good food. Every time I pass through Utah to LA or to Wyoming. I always stop here. They have several different salsas to put on your food and each one is real good.

The best Mexican I have had in years! The salsa was spicy and delicious. I had a tostada with an enchilada plate for ~$12 and I had so much food I ate it for two meals and still had leftovers!
