I cannot say enough good things about Springer Turner in Richfield. There are limited choices in this area and I know I chose the right one. They expressed so much patience, kindness, and compassion to me and my family. While speaking with Kate, I knew I was making the right decision in switching funeral homes. I was nearly shocked by the unprofessionalism I was treated by from the other funeral home while I was in extreme grief. Kate, Michael, and Bruce went above and beyond to ensure that my son had the most beautiful service we could have planned for him. I am forever grateful to Springer Turner for going above and beyond for us.

Michael was so kind and patient with my mother during the pre-planning process. And later, after she had passed, the patience and compassion shown to our family was incredible. Everything from the casket and flowers to the care of our mom went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend Springer Turner funeral home for all your pre-planning and funeral needs.

I had two choices of funeral directors in this area. I chose Springer-Turner because they showed the respect, love, compassion I needed when my husband passed away last year. Their concern for my aching heart was their main focus. The other funeral director's main concern was the 'money'.
