Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Kevin, the senior bank manager was super helpful and really made my life easy ! The teller that day, glasses and blonde hair also was super helpful. She made me an appointment with Kevin that day so I would not have to come back as I had travelled far to get there. Thank you again Kevin for helping with all of my banking needs !

No one answers the phone at any branch I’ve tried, but if you make an online appointment and tell them to call you in the message they will. Once I figured that out Adalia was incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive to my needs and questions. Very thankful I figured that out and they took care of everything I needed for cross-border banking and account questions.

I was in this branch this morning to open a new account. The bank's Relationship Manager, Mr. Kevin Baker, provided excellent support and patience throughout the whole process above and beyond the call of duty. I found out that he actually came back to work on his scheduled day off for 1/2 day to provide coverage to his colleagues. This type of team spirit and customer support is a rare find in this day and age. Definitely recommend wholeheartedly that people ask for Kevin's help when they are in that branch.

Love this branch, Laura is the one that always helps and takes care of me. As soon as I walk in the door she come and greets me and asks how she can assist me. I just opened my account there a month ago, and my husband has now joined me. We are more than happy with Laura and how she’s handled everything. Highly recommend her to any of my friends or anyone in need of help With banking.

The tellers and the account managers at this branch were so kind when I ran into a cash flow issue. They were able to help me sort out the issue and avoid an overdraft fee! These people are awesome.

Handy drive up window ATM, But no teller available like in the past outside, only inside. Inside tellers and Managers are always nice.

So far I've had a very good experience with customer service, they are very knowledgeable and quick. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes standing in line. They always have answers to my questions.

Had to do a lot of tricky banking, and found all the staff (from tellers to manager) to be friendly and helpful. Happy to continue banking here.

Very professional. Got us set up with a business account no problem. No need to wait in the main line if you're there for business. Its usually pretty busy. There's a drive through.
