Came in right before closing and they were still very patient and friendly with me.

Helped me make a deposit and also sat down with me to update my address.

I guess I haven't seen what it is like during busy hours, but so far I am very happy with this branch.

2 windows open 12 people standing in line. Came in at 3:30 won't be out well 4-4:15. They need more employees. Or to open the one back up in Lynden. The 30 minute drive for a 30 minute wait is annoying.

Very poor service, very slow. No one walking around that works there steps in to help when there is a line up. 8 mins later still waiting in line.
