It had a ac so it was really cool. Clean windows and not so much people. And the seats were so comfy!

Some of the bus drivers are jerks. In general, they don’t care if they make you miss the bus because they left WWCC 7 minutes ahead of schedule. If you call and complain, they don’t even bother to act like they care that they made you miss an appt and picking up your kids from school. It’s bad enough riding the bus, and then mess with your life cause they are in a hurry.... to drive? Thanks for messing up my Friday by leaving at 1:34 when you were supposed to leave at 1:41.

I just love it so much when u can only get the special bus pass that allows you to have the bus pick u up after work when the bus' stop running in one spot n u have a busy day the day b4 n the bus company was closed on the 1th till Monday when they reopened the office, the Saturday bus' were running like normal but the office is closed to people getting bus passes. So on the 4th no matter how much sh** u had planned to do one best b ur bus pass cuz once the 5th is here ur previous months pass is no good so u either have to get off n hope u have money to ride the bus or walk even throw its their fault they didn't have the office open on Saturday. They should just for January (this year n whenever the 1st of the year is on a Friday) extend the length of time to b able to use your old pass so u can get your new one, n I mean like extend it till the 8th give them 3 extra days to supplement for the office being closed. Now I have to see if I have any extra change to get down to the office n get my bus pass without dipping into my bus pass money. Alot of the drivers are nice, some not so much

It's a decent bus system but some of the drivers can get very rude & snippy at times, it is convenient if you don't have a car or if you don't want to drive in the snow, I also wish they could run earlier on Saturday's.

It typically very good the only thing have complaint about is that the busses don't run on July fourth which means people who are forced depend on the bus system can't selbrate July 4th shorter hours would be understandable and Christmas and Thanksgiving but not July fourth

10/10 don’t recommend. There is very few decent drivers. The rest are RUDE af.
Their schedule online and app they have are incorrect on their times and VERY confusing. Especially If you don’t ride the bus regularly.
I hardly see drivers wearing their masks, especially when they talk.

Okay service some drivers are very nice. But I do have to say that one driver points you out and discriminates against you if your gay. She will make false accusations and to be honest I did not feel welcome nor safe on that bus.

They say on the web site they are open at 6:15 am. No other times are stated. The answering service just says that they are closed. So when do they actually open!! Apparently no one knows!!
