The staff at this State Farm location are responsive and easy to get in touch with. Their rates are some of the most competitive in this area and I have been able to speak directly with Sierra several times about policy/rate changes. Customer service here is some of the best.
Recently I called their office to request the declaration page of my renter's insurance be sent to a new storage unit. A staff member, Rhys, answered and helped me immediately. The declaration page was sent to me and the storage office within minutes.

I am so grateful for Sierra Belleville! I used to have all my insurance through Costco thinking they offered the best rates and plans. When my premiums went up last year, I shopped around and not only got better plans at better rates, but the customer service she and her staff (special shout out to Rhys!) provide far exceeds my expectations! It’s been a refreshing change to work with a local agent who is trustworthy, reliable, and consistently responsive when I reach out. I highly recommend!

Very easy to work with to get my son's insurance policy switched from Colorado to Washington and add a renters' insurance policy. Rates were better than quotes from other insurers, which is always great, plus coverage was also better. Fantastic customer service!! Hands down best experience with an insurance agent and team. I just adore the whole team because they go above and beyond for their clients. I didn’t have my insurance card when I was pulled over by a cop and State Farm sent it to me immediately. They are always super responsive when I call. I’m able to make quick payments over the phone when I call. They explain things very well so that I can understand. I moved out of Whatcom county but will continue to use them as my agent.

Summer was able to help me with transferring my policy from out of state with no issues whatsoever. She went the extra mile by reminding me about the transfer a month after we spoke for the first time to avoid double charges to my account. Thank you!

I was with my previous insurance for 10 years and in the last year they had jacked up my rates by over $500! This was despite having no claims, violations, or accidents and a nearly perfect credit score! I found that absolutely unacceptable. So I shopped around and was unimpressed with a number of other insurance agents around town, who only made excuses as to why their rates were so high or why their (often higher rate) was such a good deal. Then I found this State Farm office.
As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and offered refreshment. The office staff was informed and kind.
Summer lowered my rate and gave me more coverage and even fixed some issues that my previous insurer had failed to bring to my attention. She lowered my deductible and still saved me money.
She did such an amazing and personal job that I've referred my entire family to her and she's already saved them money as well.

Sierra and her team are always so helpful, Rhys was especially helpful getting a drive safe and save device for the new car, they also helped me get a decrease on my policy. They are very patient and good at explaining things to someone like me who understands nothing of insurance.

Since my former agent retired by the end of last year, I've been with Sierra Lynn Belleville, Agent, since the beginning of this year. I was impressed with the initial detailed discussions of my homeowner's insurance and the coverage of my two cars. Since my son had an accident in October, I found out, how involved an agent, in this case Jonathan Raymond, can be. Always friendly, always taking enough time to take care of problem exhaustively. And, I may add, if I didn't quite get it, we went over it again. His suggestions were always directed at my needs and possible benefits for me. Quite reassuring in our day and age!
