Kelly is one of those rare people who makes you feel deeply understood even during short interactions. She’s efficient and skilled, and a joy to spend time with.

My wife and I have been going to Kelly for acupuncture about once a month for about 2-3 years. She is a gifted practitioner, with a huge depth of knowledge and compassion for her patients. The office is peaceful and relaxing, and the fire cupping is awesome! We highly recommend her to all of our patients. Recently I had the opportunity for a massage from Craig, who used a different style of cupping from Kelly, that I also really enjoyed and responded positively too. What a great team! I can't speak highly enough about Resilient Acupuncture & Kelly! I had never experienced acupuncture until around a year ago and started seeing Kelly to help with some low back/hip/hamstring issues and I continue to be blown away each time I visit. At first it was simply seeing the benefits of acupuncture alone, but eventually I was able to experience both fire cupping & massage treatments which have both been amazing as well! I had tried fire cupping a while back and was not as impressed with it as I have been here. Resilient has become an integral part of my healing journey at this point and as I work towards maintaining an active lifestyle. Additionally Kelly is a great sounding board for what your body is experiencing and offering suggestions on how to continue to improve/heal. Lastly, I think it's worth calling out how professional, clean, welcoming the environment is as I'm somewhat picky about that and I've always been so impressed. Last random callout is that they have probably the most comfortable massage beds I've ever experienced, very cloud like, almost impossible not to pass out on them, lol!

I have chronic neck and shoulder tension due to decades of desk work and injuries. Kelly has helped me manage that with acupuncture and cupping. She is amazing, attentive, and very friendly. I highly recommend her services.

Kelly is one of the most talented acupuncturists I’ve ever been to. I love her combination of using needles, sometimes with a tens unit, massage, and fire cupping. Very effective in resolving my lower back pain and reducing stress. I highly recommend her!

Kelly is that perfect blend of personable and professional. She is a good listener who pinpoints the issues and then uses her skill to address them. Her office is comfortable and the results are amazing. I went the first time out of curiosity, but I was so impressed with how things improved for me that I am now a regular. When she did the acupuncture I didn't feel a thing but relaxed. Then the massage? So nice and she was able to find all the tension. The fire cupping was super cool and I've never had that done before. It definitely takes a moment to get used to but I have so much mobility back in my neck. I highly recommend her!

I've been in to see Kelly three times now, and this will continue to be a staple for my general wellness. In the course of an hour, you can have a semi-nap while the acupuncture points do their job, then a gentle massage and fire cupping, then a hot towel spread over your back to wrap it all up. Kelly has a soothing and kind presence, and the treatment rooms are calm and beautiful spaces.

Kelly is amazing! She's able to use her knowledge and talent to listen and pinpoint the specific areas I need worked on - even after a 30 minute session, I'm left feeling calibrated and so much better. Not only does she balance professionalism and friendliness perfectly, but the the atmosphere is welcoming and comforting!

I have had appts with both Kelly and Craig. They both have been Great. Their office is very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. They are very easy to connect with and have earned my trust. We have laughs too. It’s a really nice break from the go-go-go that we all do. They have even went out of there way to work me in to their schedules. They both are dedicated to what they do…

Went and saw Kelly with massive neck and shoulder issues ,at one point hand trouble looking to my right. After sessions have full range of motion back to my neck and shoulders have improved massively. Kelly is the best at what she does and is massively professional. Kelly is so professional and is very flexible with her scheduling. I can book an appt when I'm in an emergency back sitation and she takes care of me. My back has never felt better and she took the time to explain all the processes that she was doing so I felt calm and relaxed during my session. Would recommend 1000 times over!

Today was the first time ever going in to an Acupuncture place or cupping! The office and rooms were soothing and smelt faint of essential oils clean but not over powering(ideal for a migraine), the lighting seemed very natural.
I was taken to a room with soothing creek sounds and low lights, shushed tons were used while we discussed my pain and my weariness about the whole thing.
Kelly made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice to try out acupuncture.
When I arose from the table the deep throbbing of my migraine was gone and the burning down my neck was too. She warned to me take it easy and act like I still hurt. As I write this review 2 hours later my neck is still sore but it’s not burning and no throbbing has returned.

You’ll have to check this place out for yourself, I’ll only say it felt like water powerful, smooth and consecutive pulling and washing the pain.

I can’t speak highly enough of Kelly. She has the healing touch. Even though I’m still trying to find the right diagnosis for my back and hip pain, I always feel so blissed out after seeing her. She takes the time to listen and keep track of everything I’m going through, and her massage skills are amazing. Go now, you won’t be disappointed.

Kelly is knowladgeble, caring and pleasant to be around. When I can't fix myself I go to her and she makes my pain go away. I usually go to her for chronic muscle pain from tension or inflammation and 1-3 visits plus some self care has been enough to take care of anything I've had. My only complaint is that I don't go to her sooner because I'm so stubborn about doing things myself lol. Thank you Kelly!

I am a competitive athlete and I have been to many health practitioners. Kelly was one of the most professional and thorough practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was an integral part in my rehab process which lead to competing and winning a world championship. I could not have done it without her help.

Not only is Kelly the sweetest soul but she is super educated and really knows what she’s doing! I’m on my 10th session this year and I can’t get enough of it, I feel like a new me every time I walk out of her office! I would 110% recommend her for acupuncture and fire cupping!
