Cannot recommend DuVall’s enough. Service is exceptional. Used them for years to repair my old Husqvarna zero turn and everything was fairly priced and they won’t jip you or try to sell you any extra stuff. All staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and they all pretty much do everything. Brandon sold me my new Gravley ZTHD 60, which was the perfect fit for me. With only 7.5 hrs on it, one of the spindles locked up. Called first thing in the morning and by lunch time, Brandon came to my house, diagnosed the problem, took it back to replace the spindle and had it dropped back off and it’s working perfectly no charge. Really great business with ridiculously good customer service.

I've never had anything but the best service from here and all of their staff members are amazingly friendly as well. All the equipment they sell is nothing but the best quality as well so soon well be heading back to buy our never mower from them.

Dropped off a gas blower that I thought the engine had bit the dust, they examined it and it was shot. It would be an expensive repair and got a deal on a new echo blower. Good service and pricing

5 star service on Harman pellet stove purchase and installation. The sales staff had worked with my uncertain self for over two years until I finally pulled the trigger.

Jason - the installer and mason helped cut stone for me so I can extend hearth... came on time and did a great job.

All round, sales and installation was great. I am expecting operation to be great as well.

I will be buying my pellets there as well as my next tractor. Thank you DuVall's.

Just stopped in today and spoke to Brandon, (he gave me his card and I didn't even make to to my vehicle with it!) He answered every question, so even I could understand! I'll be buying there in the next few days.

Very happy with Duvalls. I had my zero turn serviced with their winter service offer, everything was serviced as it said on their post card I got in the mail plus they picked it up and delivered back to me free. Their customer service is excellent, and I’m glad that I decided to buy my mower from them.
The only thing that bugs me is that they don’t give any kind of discount when you by parts, to do any repairs yourself. But everything else there is top notch.

Great local business. Good people that go the extra mile to help other people. They keep our equipment running despite my staffs efforts to invent new ways to abuse stuff. Highly recommended.

Just bought a Echo 4510, great customer service. Told him what I was doing and he showed me what he had in 18” bars, registered the warranty for me before I left. Just looked up box store prices after I got home, Duvall’s was about $20 cheaper. Buy local, it’s worth it.

Duvall’s service my eXmark lawnmower every Spring. They do a great job in a tinting fashion. Always satisfied with their work. Staff is friendly too.

Excellent service. After visiting a much larger stove store. We decided to checkout Duvall's. Was greeted by Josh who not only took the time to completely break down the Harman pellet stove ,went over all the options and his experience with them. Great experience ended up purchasing the Harman from Duvall's .They did not install but reffered me to Jason Smith Northeastern Chimney Solutions,LLC. Jason not only picked up and delivered the stove but installed it the same week. Streamline efficient transaction very knowledgable on both ends and saved me thousands over the other stove store. A++++++

Was recommended to Duvall's Lawn and Garden w/regard to pellet stove servicing. Took a ride there and was greeted by friendly staff. I queried about Harman Pellet Stove service and the clerk offered me the card of the company that does all their servicing. I called Northeasten Chimney Solutions and spoke w/Jason Smith. I made the appointment for the next day and he delivered as promised! Friendly, efficient and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I will no longer use the company that sold me the stove as I've found outstanding service elsewhere!

I purchased a gravely pro 160 from them in the beginning of the year. I do my own oil changes so I purchased an oil change package from them which was a bit expensive but for the convenience factor was worth it. I then had run over some metal objects so asked them to replace my blades with new blades and to sharpen the old blades. Total cost was around $100 so a very valuable service in my opinion. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Had Duvalls service my zero turn that I purchased from them. I am extremely happy with the friendly yet professional employees. I have never felt pressure when doing business with these folks. I highly recommend! And they sell dependable products.

Went there for first time to get my mower pan gasket replaced in spring 21. Superb service and great rates and I also met Mr Duvall. I'll be going back for my other needs and likely a new mower when that time arrives.

Exceptional experience! Brandon and Doulton were so very kind and giving of there time after the business had closed. My truck had a problem with the weight of the load and Brandon removed the load for me, so I could get home safely, and return the next day with a different truck or just get 1 half of the load at a time.

Been driving past this business for 40 years. Finally decided to stop by and inquire about the Z52 Gravely mower they had on display. I'm glad I did, I bought it and mowed with it for three hours after purchase, on our farm. What an awesome piece of machinery. This machine has it all over the John Deere Z520, we have. More power, more maneuverability, and easier on gas. Should have bought one years ago. The staff was great and Ron, the sales/ mechanic, was friendly and very knowledgeable. My opinion on this mower is, " Wowwwww"

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable folks. Their inventory had just about one of each on site..ready to go! Commercial and residential.
I found the perfect one with just a bit of help.
They are dropping it off tomorrow. Have to review the mower next post.

Great Business, only downside is the hairless fellow that works in the back, just kind of give me the creeps. I think his name was Allergen or something. Sean in the back however may have a gift for fixing lawn mowers unlike anyone has ever seen before. I brought him a bicycle and he successfully turned it into a lawn mower. Mind blowing.

Great family owned business. The tall goofy looking fellow in the back is a world class lawn mower picker upper. The one guy, I think his name is Shawn, can fix anything. The only down fall about him is how he says the word “pillow.” Idk maybe he was born in another country or something. The bald old man is a great mechanic too, slow... but good. The owner is a great honest man, with a lush full head of hair. Maybe he’s born with it, maybe it’s Just for Men hair color. Just maybe....
