Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Me and my family travel full time for work and we love going to Red Robin wherever we are at. This Yakima location was very accommodating to our food allergies which include no gluten and no dairy. The burger was even hot!
I highly recommend this Red Robin location as a allergy friendly restaurant.

They did an amazing job of making gluten free and dairy free food. They even figured out a treat to bring my daughter who has food allergies for her birthday. They were incredibly accommodating and kind!
My kids loved the colored balloons at this location.

Excellent for a chain. The burger was hot and juicy. The fries came out fresh. Service was really good for how busy they were. It was packed but we were able to get a seat right away.

I've been in many times since Oct 2021 (about once a month I guess) They have new & special burgers on a regular basis that I enjoy. The service is still top notch.

They had a number of new items on the fall menu (glad their Chili is back). Today I tried the new "Cheesy Bacon Fondue" burger. IT WAS FABULOUS!!. Two others, seated near me, tried it as well - they LOVED IT as well. I hope this one stays around. Also had the "Mountain High Mudd Pie" still one of my favorites.

9/02/2021 - Another excellent meal today. Best burgers in town. We also has a pizza today. It's good, but I like the burgers more.

7/2021 Great service, food & prices. The COVID-19 cleaning & spacing made me feel comfortable dining inside. Had a Bonzie burger - it was wonderful.

Everything looked nice and clean, the food was good as always, the service was phenomenal. Didn’t catch his name but he definitely made an impression. We didn’t have to ask for anything, he was one step ahead, and led us through a smooth and pleasant lunch experience.

Could not have had a better experience. Fast, friendly service and excellent food served very fast. Not a problem when we special ordered stuff. Very highly recommended.

Love the grilled chicken wraps, fries and campfire sauce! If Maddie is your server you'll have a great dining experience, she's always very nice , keeps your soft drinks filled and makes sure you have everything you need. I wish their was a Maddie everywhere I dined at :)

Great service, great food, great atmosphere. And now they have patio seating outside!

The service was fast and friendly and we didn't want for anything! The food came out so quick and was incredibly delicious, I mean who doesnt love the bottomless steak fries and bottomless rootbeer floats!?! The system would not take my phone number or royalty card, which was not a big deal because I would just call later to have the points added, but they went above and beyond and it will not be forgotten!!

It was very busy for a Wednesday night, but we were seated right away. Our orders were taken shortly after we sat down. Our waiter brought us fries while we waited for our food, which didn't take long at all.

Was a delicious burger. Love the all you can eat sides. I had the garlic fries and a bacon fondue burger. Love red robin always good!

We had a great lunch when we popped in. The server went above and beyond to make sure drinks were always Topped off, fries were refilled and fresh and even went as far as splitting 1 order into 4s for our table to share. Will definitely be back!

Red Robin never fails to fill me up with never ending fries and a huge burger. I end up paying about the same amount as I do at McDonald's, but the service, atmosphere and quality is way better. Thank you Red Robin.

There's always a wait since they built the new building, but a great atmosphere and fantastic customer service are worth waiting for. Food is always hot and fresh and made how you order. Rarely do I need to send anything back to be fixed so I would believe they have a great kitchen staff as well.

Service was good and food was fast, plus we got the fries refilled, always free. My only tiny complaint but not enough to drag down the 5 star rating is that the cook who did my egg should know the difference between over hard, which I wanted and over well, which is what I got.
EDIT:Just made another trip and it was even better than last time. Faster food, same great service with a bonus: the server we really like came over to say hi. That reminds me that if you know you like someone and they're working, ask for them! Duh, I guess I'm rusty. Outside tip: join their loyalty program and you get a birthday burger in you birthday month and your 10th burger is free.

I had not been to this Red Robin for a long time, a couple of years at least, and I can say the following about this place: This is a pretty standard Red Robin, no different than the hundreds/thousands all over the country. The food is pretty tasty, as far as the burgers go, which is what I've always eaten here. Unfortunately, I can't really say what the rest of the menu tastes like, as I don't recall having anything other than burgers every time I've been here. The staff at this location was excellent, unlike what some other reviewers have stated here. Also, unlike what other people have stated, my experience was with a pretty clean establishment, where staff wiped tables down as soon as people would leave. This is a place that I do feel comfortable recommending.
