Came in later on in the evening, they were getting ready to close, we were greeted with a friendly hello, and a smile, we ordered and asked to sit inside as we are on a long drive and would like to not eat in the car, “of course” they said as closing time came closer. They gave recommendations, great recommendations, and even delivered our food to the table, we asked for the fries well done and they delivered on that as well. When the food was delivered we asked if they had “fry sauce” and the girl checked and the gentleman in the back said they don’t but he would make some up for us and bring it to us!! Above and beyond!! Whipped up some BOMB fry sauce like mamma would have made 🤣 and even gave us the SECRET to it!! We will definitely be stopping at this Carls Jr again on our way back home JUST because of the service!

For being a random stop to a business that I've avoided since I worked at their sister store 25+ years ago either this store stayed closer to the business model or this is a VERY different franchise owner who cares about his customers.

If you are traveling, the one thing you worry about is the food upsetting your stomach. I chanced it and got one of the wraps and can pleasantly say I had no issues at all. It wasn't super greasy. It didn't agitate my stomach.

Whatever this location is doing, keep doing it!

Service was great. Food was good, but I would have given the food a 5 if my fries had been hot.. They were warm. Husband loved the chicken wraps. My double cheeseburger was also good. I appreciate how Carl's supports education with a teacher discount card. It's awesome!

Loved the hometown feel of this chain restaurant. My chicken sandwich was fresh and juicy, the bun was delicious and definitely stood out compared to other locations I’ve been to. They had music playing and a very sweet valentines display that made you feel really welcomed.

First time at Carls Jr. I was very surprised. Great burger, that tasted quality. I got the Guacamole Bacon (8), which was delicious.

We were taken care of by Scott in the drive-thru and he did an excellent job! He was very chill and friendly, but quick and thorough. We are vegan so he made sure to help us get everything ordered the right way and he made sure to let us know which ingredients we may want to leave off. We could tell he took a lot of ownership in his position and service. Scott is a stand out employee that I would definitely suggest for a promotion!

Famous star without cheese was on sale in the location I went and I thought it was exceptionally tastier than any other burger place I went to. Comparable to shake shack even. Reg. Price for famous stars is 5.99 but they were doing 2.19 promotion and that was amazing. I'm impressed 👍

Scott was very helpful as we needed assistance with the App. He checked in on us during our meal and was very kind. This location was awesome! We will stop here again.

Brooke was fantastic and gave us a heads up on deals currently going on. Food was great! Clean space. Great location.

Leaving this review entirely because I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the guy was working tonight. Taller guy. So friendly and helpful. Awesome attitude. Made an impression on me!

The waitress was very courteous and helpful. Hire more like Brooke. She was a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day.

We got to this place late and they were cleaning up to close but we ordered our food and had a good hamburger 🍔!! The place was clean and the staff courteous. 👌

Very nice guy serving us - Scott B. Explained all the specials to us. Brought us extra napkins without us asking. We will definitely stop here again. Clean restaurant fast service
