Water's Edge Yakima

Dr. Henry Kim is a very compassionate dr who actually listens to me about my back pain and is giving me the proper care that my other Dr should be doing. Highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Kwon is a very special and knowledgeable doctor who cares about his patients and does all he can to resolve problems. He is compassionate. He has become somewhat of a lifeline.

Not so great. I did need the spinal fusion done by Dr. Chang at Yak Orthopedics but that was 6 months ago. An epidural at Water's Edge 11 days ago hasn't helped a bit. I certainly don't want to be an opioid junkie!

So far I am extremely disappointed with this place. They are supposed to be a place that people who are experiencing a large amount of pain can go and try to get treated. So far I have had little help from them. They messed up with submitting my initial orders so I was denied by the insurance company. Now I cannot get anyone to return my calls when I inquire about where my treatment is at. If you can avoid this place you should. They certainly do not care about their patients.

This clinic does not help with back pain at all. I have been dealing with back pain since March. I was referred to them in July. Since July I have had several days where I was in sever pain and they tell my to take my anti inflammatory meds and do physical therapy. My pain is so severe that I had to go to the hospital. Pain clinic wants me to do 1 year of physical therapy even after my therapist said it wasn't working. I haven't been able to walk in 3 days and they still won't do anything but anti inflammatories, a very weak muscle relaxer and physical therapy. The hospital said I have 4 buldging discs and that is the cause for my normal pain. The pain clinic said there was none and my images showed no reason for me to be in pain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE YAKIMA PAIN CLINIC! It is a waste of your money!!

They mishandled and misdiagnosed my mother. Then when they only added to her neck pain in physical therapy she became frustrated with them and they discharged her. When she received a referral for a cortisone shot to treat the pain at a later date, they refused her. Horrible, uncaring, callus nursing staff. And guess what Yakima, they don't care about changing this because they are the only pain clinic in the area. Go anywhere but here!!!!

Its the worse. I had my SCS put in by Dr. Kim. He never thinks he wrong. You are always wrong. I had images done of stimulator and it showed my stimulator off. He disagreed altho my tech also stated there was something wrong. Till finally everything went red. It took a 1year in a half for it all to go wrong. I changed Dr.s come to find out Dr. Kim placed a stem directly over a nerve. All he wanted to do to help with pain was steroid shot after another. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THIS DR.

Took an appointment before work and waited in the waiting room for 25min. Asked if how long it would they told me they had no eta. So I had to leave. I should have known about how unprofessional this place was by looking at their horrible reviews. I will never step foot in that place again. Also took them 3 weeks to call me for the referral.

Horrible service. Rude & unprofessional. Just with the receptionist service , if you feel off about your encounter with her, trust your gut . Rude. Go elsewhere

Rude absolutely rude But i am greatful the receptionist was rude because it made me walk away before having anyone touch me. They have a bad reputation for a reason....
