Excellent product and customer service from this location. James (delivery person) went above and beyond by calling and staying on the phone with me when the recipient was not home. Within an hour, Anthony from the store was also calling me to let me know they had the arrangement there with the option to redeliver or have them pick up.
They could’ve very easily just left it at the front door . He checked various neighbors, etc. Very impressed with their exceptional customer service, and the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure me the customer was satisfied!!

We came in for the Instagram free box of 6 through 12/31 and the worker was so sweet! The box is gorgeous and the fruit is delicious. Thank you so much!

Ordered same day delivery for a fruit tray for my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. I had them set to be delivered to her work. I called the store after placing the order to let them know I would need it there by 1 o'clock as she would be leaving by then and I wanted to see if that would be possible. The nice lady who answered told me that it would normally be a delivery period of 3PM-6PM but that she would see what she could do. She took my number incase if she thought they wouldn't be able to do it. I got a very excited text from girlfriend within an hour of making that call and that it was delivered! Well before 1PM. All around great service and I am so happy I chose this location!

Beautiful fruit arrangement for my doctor. She's leaving the practice and relocating to Florida to live with family. It was ready in minutes. Looked amazing & came with a gift card! A+ service!

Wow, had I read the reviews first I would not have ordered, but I didn’t and I ordered. I ordered same day service and my order was delivered that day, and the presentation as well as the product was very good. I will order again and pray for the same result. Thank you EA. What can I say...I love getting chocolate dipped fruit from my significant other...but sometimes I just want to treat myself. I had ordered 6 Chocolate covered pineapples so I could take to work. the manager Chris thought it was really great that I do that for myself! He was so nice and professional he took care of me and even offered me a free little sample of a chocolate covered strawberries!!! I love this place and I will be treating myself more often. Ladies don't wait around for chocolate to be delivered to you!!!! Treat yourself!!! The fruit was fresh and tasted amazing. I highly recommend edible arrangements in Exton ! Thank you so much! Chocolate covered pineapple makes for a great day at work :)

I ordered the Delicious Daisy Dipped Strawberry and Pineapple arrangement for my kids anniversary. It was fresh and delicious!! It came right on time!! The whole family loved it! I will definitely order again!!

Customer service is above and beyond. I recommend calling and ordering from them directly over using the website. It's a much more pleasant and personal experience. Chris is the guy to talk to. We'll be ordering from this location regularly.

Delicious arrangement of fruit. The delivery man was so nice and returned later in the day to deliver - as I was not home on his first attempt.
