I had a great experience in this store this past week. Staff (Chris and Nicole) were very helpful and customer-service oriented. I have to especially thank Nicole for going out of her way to find a pair of shoes I really wanted, but Exton store did not have my size. She persisted until she found me a pair from another store, and made it easy for me to have them shipped to my home. Thanks!

Every time we shop in the Exton Skechers store, we come home with several pairs of comfortable shoes. Two weeks ago, Nimah helped us pick 2 pairs of sneakers for my husband who has a hard time fitting between sizes.
She did an amazing job!!! Today, my husband and I stopped in to to check out the sale and exchange a pair from our previous purchase. Matthew professionally assisted us with choosing a new pair and explained the difference in styles. He didn't try to upsell us but we did walk out with 2 additional pairs. Matthew was training several new employees and demonstrated patience during the transaction. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful in this store and I'm thrilled to have it close by. Cudo's to this team for showing professional, respectful and friendly attitude to one another and the customers! Love this store!!!!

Matthew introduced himself and was welcoming. The store was clean. Karen was cleaning when we walked in the door. She took a break from her lysol to chat with us and offered some good advice on obtaining pickleball shoes from their website.
The two of them together left a great impression. My wife and I will be back!

New to Skechers, and amazed with the cushion and comfort of these shoes. I stand for long hours on the job, with heel pain, and find this brand supportive and easier to get through the day versus other brands. Large variety of styles and sizes. Even wide widths, which my family appreciates. The company offers many incentives to be loyal to the brand...coupons, online & instore sales. Highly recommended.

The sales associates were extremely helpful. Karen answered all of my questions about the new Skechers Slip On shoe and Matthew was able to locate my husband's size and they will deliver it right to my house at no charge. Who would think you could have so much fun in a shoe store. When me and a friend had a "girl's day" trying on shoes at Skechers we had such a great experience. Our sales person, Karen, was so patient and knowledgeable about the products there. And the store manager, Matt, was engaging and so pleasant. I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes! (Of course one pair in hot pink!) My friend bought 3 pairs that day. Can't wait to return to find out what's new at Skechers. Thanks Matt and Karen for such great customer service!

Ok so everyone what are you waiting for, this Skechers has the best prices for shoes, check out the clearance section where I scored pair of 103.00 Cushion Elite for 50.00! Best prices for sneakers around the area. And Cindy is so cheerful and helpful. Matthew also, when I entered store, asked how I was doing today. Just all around good place to shop. Run, don't walk!!

This was my first time in the store as I usually order skechers online. I found it to be very convenient to shop locally. Great selection of shoes, good sales, and clearance too. The sales associate was friendly and helpful, quick checkout experience too.
