Tangles Hair Design and Lash Bar

Love all the ladies at Tangles! I get waxed by Meghan and my hair cut by Lauren and Monica. Everyone does a great job with scheduling and communication. I've have had them cancel on me once before but I completely understood, life happens, and they quickly rescheduled! All professional and very friendly.

I have been going to Tangles for years. I have always loved my experience with Lauren and the rest of the staff. The salon is clean, friendly and relaxing. Professional and friendly; I always look forward to my hair appointment and feel like a million bucks when I leave. Can't recommend this salon enough.

These ladies know how to treat their customers!! Professionalism, pride, and skill is remarkable. The caliber of service is top notch. I have lived in multiple states , in both rural and urban environments, and Tangles is HANDS DOWN my favorite salon. You will not find a better bargain for such excellence. Thx ladies for always being so dependable!

Whether it's for a balyage, tan, nails, wax, lashes....they accomadate all your needs! Every employee is equipped to help you with whatever you need. You really can't go wrong!
They are always accommodating to last-minute appointments or reschedules. Thank you Tangles!

Love this place!!! When I moved here, I was worried I wouldn't find someone who could do my hair the way I like it, but thank goodness, I found this place and they know all of the latest techniques and are all highly skilled! They also have amazing estheticians and do a beautiful job with lashes and so much more! No more long travels for beautifying! Above all, they're great people who love to get to know you and make your experience personal! Highly recommend!

This is for the above comment with the 1 star rating. She's wrongfully indicating that the owner and her husband are threatening Her and that's completely untrue. Lauren's husband has not messaged this woman on Facebook EVER. She is slandering this reputable business just because she was upset they didn't have sensitive glue, which is a special order item as most people don't require it. It's not cost effective to keep it in stock and have it expire unless specifically asked for ahead of time. The lash technician she spoke with (who is not the owner of the salon) told her she would happily reschedule her appointment after ordering the speciality glue she requested just two days prior (that's just not enough notice lady)
FYI The man you received the Facebook message was named Mike and that's not the owners husband so get your facts straight before posting bogus reviews. Let these hardworking individuals be and quit harassing them.

First off, I am not the owners husband. My wife works at the salon.
Second, I never threatened you... here's a copy of THE ONLY message I've ever sent you

"What is wrong with you as a person?... quit lying about my wife's business. I've listened to every text and voicemail you've made and your reviews are complete lies. If you continue this... we'll be filling a defamation of character suit against you... as well as making your texts and voicemails public so everyone can see your lies. You need to remove those reviews."

We have also been in contact with the police, who have seen and heard every message. They agree that there have been ZERO THREATS made. We were all told to ignore you, but I can't sit by while you post false information. If you have a copy of a threatening message made by me, my wife, the owner, or her husband... feel free to post it. If not, then JUST STOP.

There is no reason for you to tell lies and try so hard to ruin people's business and livelihood.

Please stop this nonsense. Nobody has time to deal with this. Just take your business elsewhere.

The staff at Tangles have been wonderful to work with. Their professionalism and dedication to their customers is apparent in everything they do. Hair, nails, waxing, lashes, facials - they do it all!

Everyone at this salon is friendly and professional. The salon is clean and beautiful and they stay up to date on trends and services. I would never go anywhere else. Love Tangles in Cle Elum!

CHALLENGE TO OWNER:
Show us your phone records to back up your claim. I have my phone records and texts to back up my statements. The day before my appt was on Sunday, never talked to you or called you between 9/27 and 10/02!!! I've copied it all for the police. to back up my complaint against personal harassment by your husband. You are publically calling me a liar? Please retract or I will press charges.

Who is lying?! How about you? Burden of proof on you.. you provide full disclosure of the entire timeline and texts and i will do the same...in its entirety! I have it all!I

Update: owner and owner's busband sent theatening texts to me. The owners busband sent a threatening text to my facebook messenger! I went to the police with their threats. Public record

9/27 10:28 am I scheduled my appt for 10/02 noon, full set, sensitive glue.
They canceled my appointment at 9:57 am 10/02, 2 hours before my noon appt saying using the sensitive glue is not cost effective at $80 each. Left me without an alternative. Medical grade glue used by another salon a few blocks away on every customer. I am a RN, I know the difference.

My beef is poor customer service!!
