I dont normally do reviews but I felt like this one needed to be out there. I worked with the Honda side of Harvest auto, Scott was the guy I dealt with. He went above and beyond any customer service I have experienced. He was able to get an approval for a new engine on my car. He kept me in the loop on anything else they found while working on my car. He is super professional. I definitely reccomend. Thank you harvest auto. Keep it up!!!

I intended to do this review months ago and got busy and spaced it. The terrible service I'm getting at another place made me realize how much I appreciated doing business with Harvest Auto all over again. They took care of us before and more importantly AFTER the sale. They ABSOLUTELY SAVED my ocean camping trip that had been delayed for 4 yearby fires, the pandemic and my breast cancer.

Our old truck's computer went out approx a wek to 10 days before our ocean trip. We needed something with a 5th wheel hitch to make it work. We knew we wanted a used Chevy 3500 Duramax. We'd looked a year or so before and held off after working with these guys. So I wouldn't have blamed them if they blew us off. But they didn't. They had a couple trucks around our budget.

The one we decided on had just come in ln trade. The dealership sold it originally and had done the maintenance on it so they could tell us all about it. I liked the fact that it was being traded in by a repeat customer. We made the decision to move ahead. It already had a gooseneck so they were able to install an adapter kit for us prior to delivery.

Because of the short time frame we had, they made arrangements to have the windshield replaced locally for us and directly paid the company.

We were able to make arrangements for delivery. When we met up to do our test drive we couldn't get the high beams to stay on. The person delivering wasn't the one that typically does the run through with customers so we initially thought we were just lost with all the technology. After the sale we worked with the dealership but discovered this was a repair that needed to be made. Again they made arrangements and paid for the repairs directly. The best part was they let us take it to our normal repair shop that we've worked with for 15-20 years.

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! WE WILL BE BACK!

I began my search through Cargurus and found 2 trucks that I liked and were comparable. One truck was located on your site the other with Bud Clary in Moses lake. I initiated contact for both dealerships via the "Contact the Dealer" button on Cargurus and was immediately met with an email response from both and within 5-10min a phone call from a Sales Rep. The sales representative from Harvest is Samuel Nelson. Even though both of the Trucks I was looking at were relatively similar in features, I ultimately decided to proceed with Harvest because of Sam. He did an excellent job communicating the variations between the 2 trucks by providing me side by side reports based on the VIN (That was legit!) He also worked with my trade and the price of the vehicle along with discounts to provide me with the best value. Once we agreed on the total price including trade, I had my bank cut a check for the PO amount, and informed him that I would be in the following afternoon. I also expressed to Sam that I didn't want to spend my afternoon on a Salesfloor, due to having a very busy remainder of the afternoon and evening. I informed him that I would like to be in and out in less than 1-1/2 hrs; Sam, Oscar, Jazmine and the rest of the team had me out the door in 1hr 20min, which was perfect for us. I love my new truck and the experience with your dealership has created a lifetime customer. I look forward to many more purchases in the future. Ace

We needed a quick and similar replacement for my wife's car that had been in an accident so we shopped all the bigger markets in Seattle, Spokane and Portland but ended up finding the very best deal right here in Yakima at Harvest Auto. When I stepped onto the lot Angel greeted me with a friendly smile and it was instantly apparent that this WAS NOT going to be one of those high pressure sales routines that I have experienced at other car lots. Angel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and other questions I had. In under two hours I had test driven, bought and driven away in my freshly detailed used vehicle that now looked like new again. Great experience!

In total, my family has bought 7 cars through harvest. They work with you, and I feel have truly done well with us. Prices of vehicles are insane and I know they will work with you. I'll continue to always buy from harvest.

Harvest auto has the best first time buyer purchase ever, they worked with me and my fiancé got us fitted to a car let us try numerous cars, ANGEL D. was our salesman. I’m leaving a review 9 months after owning my car cause I wanted to be accurate with my review, first and foremost they’ve kept there word with everything they’ve asked how we’ve been and how’s the car, we get our services at Honda across from them but they’ve been nothing but generous. If you need a car and are in yakima hit up this place. Mind you come credit ready for the best results ! I just wanted to say I had the best buying experience with Erik at Harvest Auto.

I don't live in Washington but found the truck I wanted and contacted Erik. He walked me through the buying process and made it so easy to purchase. Our entire transaction and communication was done through text, which I prefer. I've dealt with so many salespeople that are pushy and over communicative and Erik was none of that. He was patient and wasn't pushy at all. He responded promptly every time I texted.

Since I couldn't make it to see the truck in person Erik sent me pictures and video so I could get a better feel for the vehicle. The only problem was I couldn't pick the truck up anytime soon. Erik offered to hand deliver the truck after his shift. I can't believe he went that far out of his way to deliver my car. When he showed up, it was all smiles. He was so kind and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

This is my first time buying a car online and having it delivered and it was a great experience. I would 100% use Erik again and buy with Harvest Auto.

Bought a car here and it was a very assuring experience. The salesman Angel was a very nice and accommodating person with my transaction. He offered very good advice and helped me get the best options for my budget. I dealt with him the majority of the time, but the rest of the staff that aided were also very helpful.

I did not want to get a new vehicle but I was transferred and spending 400 a month on gas for work. Dominic and the team at Harvest Honda made it easy and quick. From the moment we walked in handshakes and greetings were given. We knew they were the ones to work with right from the beginning of the conversation til the moment we walked out with keys in hand, we were satisfied.

I have to give these people five stars. I had an emergency, and my car died in the middle of the week. A $7,000 fix was unreasonable, so I started to look for new car. I don't have the best credit and I've been through some hard times. When I called I spoke with the finance manager, Jared, and he made sure to get me taken care of. We had to drive an hour and a half get to Yakima, but they got me financed. Randy was fantastic, and stayed late to make sure that I was taken care of back on the road. I really appreciate their help, and I would recommend them to anybody who is in need. It felt good to be treated like a person and not a number.
