I’ve suffered with debilitating migraines for over 7 years. Dr Marsh and his Medical Assistant Jennifer have taken great care of me! I woke up this morning in NO PAIN! I can’t believe it. I had an occipital nerve block yesterday. I have my life back! I can’t thank them enough!

Dr. Marsh is competent, compassionate and did a wonderful job assuring my Mom. We got right in to him and received excellent care! Highly recommend him.

My son has had three ear surgeries with Dr. Marsh Sr. He is so great at explaining things. He has a great personality and spends the time answering all questions.

I don’t want to get into a lot of details. Save your time, money, and frustration..go see someone else. I still haven’t had results after 4 years.

Does not listen to what you say, which I realize isn’t much different from many doctors, but also fails to review notes from previous visits (that he has someone else scribe for him). Just there to give injections (that don’t work) for a diagnosis he provides (that was never there to begin with). Talk about bad chairside manner. Visits with him are a waste of time. Had to find another physiatrist in tri-cities who listened to what I was saying, and was finally able to give an accurate dx and treatment plan to help me several months after an injury.

If you have other options, go to them instead. This doctor will not respond to after care questions and concerns. I waited 4 months for my appointment and he wasn't even thorough. The entire appointment he spent having personal conversations with his nurses instead of perhaps explaining the procedures to me. I was in complete shock at what the nerve test was, I was completely unprepared and not one person explained to me what they would be doing. Then they only did one side instead of both when it came to listening to my nerves and my muscles. Directly after the appointnent I started getting very odd sensations in my hand, of course it was the one they didn't bother testing. When I relayed these concerns through MyChart a nurse called to tell me my concerns wouldn't have anything to do with the test, even though while speaking to me she didn't even have the correct information. She then said in 3 days I should go to urgent care and find out what the actual cause was because it had nothing to do with them. I then sent another message when my left arm started to tingle and a numbing sensation began to happen.

I pleaded for them to take my complaint seriously, that the nurse was saying pain wasn't possible but I in no way shape or form said I was having "pain". Because of the nature of my insurance I'm always extremely careful about words like pain. It's a horrible stigma but doctors that look at state insurance always think people are "drug seeking". It's terrible. It was a weird strained and odd sensation that wasn't painful and I stated this over and over.

They never responded to my message. I have the entire audio to my conversation with the nurse I'd be happy to share it with any prospective patient. Along with another story of how they were going to deny me an appointment period because of a mistake in scheduling.

Don't go to this office.

we had friends show up unexpectedly from out of town and lost track of time. We have been waiting for months all the while in pain. called within an hour after scheduled appt only to be told they don't reschedule no shows. That's very unfair and also shows no empathy on your part.
