Went in today to buy boots to replace my dewalt work boots. Got a pair of red wings Irish Setter boots. Great people and great selection. When my other boots are to be replaced I'll come back. I'm glad they're still open and I'm happy to support a small business

GREAT customer service. I needed replacement soles for my work boots. Called multiple shoe repair shops that refused to sell them to me. They had no problem selling and shipping to me, even though I am in Tampa, FL. I will DEFINITELY be buying from them again and telling everyone I know to do the same.

I was very happy that Dan ordered 2 different widths because I needed the wider width.
They feel comfortable and my new braces fit in them.
Dan was helpful and patient.

It's a great place to buy shoes at lower prices than most stores.

Great shoe repair. I have had them do all kinds of specialty sewing and gluing and have been using them for the last 15 years since moving in the area. I have never been disappointed. They also have a great selection of shoes and boots.

Exceptional service. Highly recommended. Red Wing shoes in Exton wanted to send my boots out for a warranty repair, Brandywine shoes was able to repair my boot the same day for a few dollars.

The father and son who run the shop are courteous and knowledgeable. They have an awesome inventory of work and hunting boots. They once gave me two free pair of boots when the Redwings I bought failed prematurely, They keep a 3x5 card with my purchases and fitment info on file which streamlines my next work boot purchase.

The zipper pulled apart from a very special handbag my husband purchased at a benefit for the Domestic Violence Center. The bag was constructed in one piece from candy wrappers and he tried four other businesses to repair the zipper. No one could help. One did recommend a leather shop and that very day, I saw an advertisement for BSS in the Community Courier and called Dan. I would have payed anything to have this bag repaired, but for a very reasonable price, two weeks later, I had my handbag back! Thank you so much for this blessing. I will certainly return to your business again when the need arises.

Had boot soles re glued on . Brandy wine shoes did a great job at an even greater price 5 stars I could not be happier with the work and the price. This place is recommended..
