I absolutely love shopping at this store for my two girls. The manager (Mr. Hudson) goes over & beyond to help customers save money and takes the time to help you find the best deals. I will shop here again, and I highly recommend this store.

A nice store one young lady stand out very sweet and kind she is very helpful and quick on her feet. You can tell she might have kids because she has plenty of patience. I give ✨✨✨✨✨✨ because she is Awesome 👌 👏🏽 Thank you Kia 😊 💓

So i have pick up order from the store. After i pick up im asking can i have a plastic bag, and will be easier for me.. she said no, she can’t give a plastic bag because they count the plastic bag.. 🤦‍♀🤦‍♀ ps :Nobody great you in the store,,She looks like she was force to work there in her face🙃. Will never shop in the store anymore.

Very disappointed with my visit today. I had a bag full of clothes with tags that my daughter got as a present for my grandson. I thought I could return them to the store since they are too small for my grandson. I figured since they were a gift and we didn't have the receipt I could get a store credit and I was going to get him clothes in his size. I was told without a receipt they could only exchange for the same item. Meaning it would have to be the same color and the only difference being the size. The service rep. proceeded to scan each item and announce that they were clearance or last year's product and they didn't have it anymore so there was nothing they could do. You would think they would have given me a credit of the $3.99 per item and in return I would have spent more money buying additional clothes replacing them. Not sure why the company doesn't care about good customer service. Well I'm tapping out. They won't get anymore of my business again.

THIS Store needs to be audited for their records. We returned an item and the Black lady withheld turning the tax part stating they won’t. After insisting they can’t withhold tax when there was no sale, she asked us to contact customer service. In thirty years we have shopped in US we haven’t had a store not return the full amount including taxes to us. She was very impolite and disrespectful as well. Obviously it isn’t about the two dollars here..

It was the worst customer service. The women working the desk attitude was horrible. I had to ask her if she was OK... she said, " I am dealing with this store. what can I help you with" Would not take a return and tossed it back at me" Never going back to that store.

I went there to return one pj and gloves, that was not right fit for my kid. I had a plan to buy more pj as I was returning one. It was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I returned my stuff, that I've got 2 wks back, and bought nothing from this store only bcoz of that rude lady. Instead I bought pj from carter's ( that's just next door). I lost nothing, you lost a customer. This one 🌟 is for that sales associate. Hopefully she will read this, and treat others with dignity. Nice behavior costs you nothing, but earns loyal customers.
