Then when I needed to contact the IRS about my personal tax situation, Laurie took the time to call the IRS before I did, so she could gather information I needed and provide details to me about how I should proceed when I made my own call to the IRS. Laurie went above and beyond anything I would have asked of her and made sure I was well prepared for that call.
