"Great" sales reps in this Patriot organization (sarcasm). Went to look at a used car at 12 noon, liked it, ready to go, rep tells me "if your that interested, come back after work and we'll get you set up to get the car when it comes out of service" because HE wasn't ready to take the deposit right then and there, EVEN THOUGH I HAD CASH IN HAND, so I say great see you then.

Dude doesn't hold it, doesn't say anything to the manger, nothing. Went back, get halfway through my paperwork, manager comes over and goes "Well I have good news and bad news, bad news is car is sold, good news is I can put you in something different" and proceeds to try to talk up other vehicles. Absolute unprofessionalism at its best. Go somewhere else, they're gonna screw you too.

Ridiculous! Not allowed you to see cars just the quote. Quote base on what, allow us to see the car first
