I had a phenomenal experience with Will Gaston at Piazza Subaru of Limerick. I needed new tires and he did price comparisons at places I didn’t even research to make sure I got the best price. He found me comparable tires from stores like Walmart that I didn’t even check and saved me so much money. He even did it with a smile on his face, and was so pleasant, even though I was trying to be so cheap! He was patient with me and spent a pretty long time on the phone with me, which meant a lot. I would say he went above and beyond for me. He actually saved me money staying with their dealership versus using another vendor like Pep Boys. Will is just a kind human being and I cannot recommend him enough.

Bought a new Subaru Legacy from them last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the salesman and the sales manager. They were even willing to negotiate, which made me feel even better salesman chai was awesome. Went over the entire car with me and all its features. They didn’t intimidate me at all and we’re willing to negotiate a fair price. I love the car and would totally recommend Piazza Subaru

I've had my car serviced here a few times and they are honest, communicate well, and don't charge unnecessarily. I noticed some burned rubber smells the other day and I appreciate that they inspected it for free and I was able to get it in quickly to be seen.

Professionalism coupled with courtesy and follow-up after the sale......can't ask for more than that!
My wife and I ordered a Subaru Crosstrek in late August and took delivery on October 20th. Besides loving the car, the entire sales process was smooth and drama free. Our sales consultant (Nick Strunack) patiently explained many of the features of the car. He conducted a small tour of the immaculate facility and introduced us to the assistant service manager. Overall, a fine experience and a great car.

I had a terrific experience buying my new Subaru Crosstrek at Piazza Subaru! This was primarily due to my EXCELLENT sales rep, Dylan Coppola, and also to the kindness/courtesy and consideration of the GM, Mike Hinkle.

I have typically always hated buying a new car due to high pressure salespeople….long wait times…horrible/long negotiation processes…and even long/aggravating waits when you finally getting to the point where you purchased the car, and just want to pick it up and go home!

To make things even more difficult, I have asthma and simply can’t tolerate being around anyone wearing cologne/perfume…these fragrances really cause me to have problems, medically.

All I can say…is that I experienced NO difficulties whatsoever when buying my new Subaru Crosstrek at Piazza Subaru! It was actually a PLEASURABLE experience!! My sales rep (Dylan) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind/courteous, and very responsive to all my questions. Further, he went out of his way to accommodate my medical requirements, due to my asthma. It was truly the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had in my life! I typically trade in my car every 2-3 years…and I will, most certainly, be contacting Dylan Coppola (at Piazza Subaru) to help me with my next Subaru purchase!

As a Subaru fanatic who doesn’t trust mechanics easily, and is a hobbyist mechanic. I have only taken my dream car (2014 Outback Limited *fully loaded*) to Piazza Subaru of Limerick. The first time I visited the service manager (Russ) sat down with me to chat about Subbies. To see the same passion in his eyes and how he spoke about Subarus made me know I was at the right place. The prices always seem right. If there is a mistake they own up to it and do their best to resolve the issues. Did I mention they have a loaner car program. I got spoiled the last time. I got to drive a ‘23 Outback Touring. By the way I travel 20 miles and 40 minutes just to take my car here. My last visit Ben took my situation personally and was able to bend over backwards to assist me. Thank you Ben. I will be back again. The passion here is real.

Had a great experience, they were able to get my car in quickly and provided me with a loaner car, which was a huge help. I tried another dealer but they were not accommodating at all, and couldn’t provide a loaner car. I have bought three cars from Piazza and have always been satisfied with their service. Kristine in the service area was exceptional.

Amazing service staff. Their team is professional helpful and very responsive. I wouldn’t want my Subaru to be service by any other team. Thanks to Will I was able to get my car back in time. Thanks guys.

Everyone have I dealt with throughout the purchase process has been courteous friendly, knowledgeable and appear to be sincerely concerned with customer satisfaction.

Always have a wonderful experience here but this time I really felt like they went above and beyond. I called last minute to get an oil change and my registration stickers put back on. They were kind, courteous and able to sneak me in. I asked if they could sneak my husbands car in to also put on the registration stickers since both our cars had our windows replaced, lucky year, and even though they were busy they were able to squeeze us in. Thank you again Christina C, William G and manager Russ!! We will continue to use and recommend here.

Great dealership all around. Recently had some maintenance done on my 2021 Ascent and can't say enough about the excellent customer care. The entire service department works together as a team to ensure a first class experience. The Service Advisors I worked with where efficient, helpful and friendly through the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy or service a Subaru.

Excellent service. Prompt on check-in, gave me an area to work while I was waiting. Kept me informed of the approximate time for completion.

Will was extremely thorough of all the repairs needed and what exactly was wrong with the car. I told him I would do a lot of the repairs myself and most people would end the call there and tell me to come get the car. Will walked me through some of the repairs that I could and should not take on myself due to safety reasons(ex. air bags), and also walked me through how their guys typically do repairs to guide me in the correct direction. He probably spent 20 minutes of his time just helping me out with all my technical questions, knowing I was planning on doing my own repairs.

To top it off, the PA inspection took a little longer than anticipated. Will, as a courtesy, offered to come drop my car off due to the inconvenience. This guy is what every customer service team needs.

1/27/2022: Had another follow up experience will Will. I sent an email over and I received a call from Will within an hour or two. He made time for me to get my car in right away to get looked at. Great service yet again from Will.

I had a really great experience with my salesperson, Rick Alberto. Ordering and picking up the car was an easy and quick process with no unpleasant surprises. I definitely plan on buying another Subaru with him again.

Great dealership. Was the only place around that had cars to purchase. Glad I went. The building is nice and the people are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in less than four hours with a brand new Forrester. I would highly recommend this facility and their highly professional employees.

I've brought my 2018 WRX here numerous times for brake servicing, oil changes, tire rotations, and even minor collision repair.

They are quick with their service, the Service Advisors are phenomenal at keeping you updated on the service of your vehicle, super friendly, and they offer loaner vehicles to use for those jobs which may take a couple of hours or days to complete.

The last time I was in was for minor collision repair and the service department did an amazing job. Had some delays which was out of their control regarding the insurance claim, but they went above and beyond in these times of supply-chain shortages to source all the parts required for my repair. I needed some minor paint touch-up and while I didn't notice any blending issues, the head of the service department said it could be better and had it redone for free. The 3rd-party company they outsource to fix rim/wheel damage did a unbelievable fantastic job making it look factory-new.

All-in-all, unless you have an extended warranty through another dealership, Piazza Subaru should be the only service provider on your mind when looking at maintaining your Subaru.

I recently had a bad experience with a used car salesman, so I decided to go with an official dealership to buy my next car. I'm really glad I shopped here! Bob Weisbecker is the salesman who helped me out. He was very patient and helpful throughout this experience. Buying a car is stressful, but I feel like Bob made the car buying process as smooth as it can be.

I have purchased over a half dozen vehicles from dealerships over my lifetime to date. I have never been so happy and comfortable with a purchase transaction as I am with this dealership and specifically with Gary English. He and the financial representative, Dan, were patient and easy to work with. Gary’s intimate knowledge of the options and the operation of the specific vehicle we picked out were remarkable. And he wouldn’t quit until everything we wanted in a deal was achieved. He truly went above and beyond to create a trusting relationship. I would recommend this dealership and Gary English to anyone who might be looking for a new or used vehicle.
