Easy access to office.

I cannot speak to the physical office because I haven't been here.

Every time I call this office attempting to get nephrology I get GI. There is no button to transfer me to nephrology. I have to go through saying my information twice just to get to the nurse that I deal with because my case is so complicated that i only deal with one nurse.

I have voice difficulties that make it extremely difficult to make phone calls. Getting GI to transfer me to nephrology is like pulling teeth. I had to try three times today. I'm currently on the third phone call and haven't reached nephrology yet.

TL';DR If you have to reach someone in the nephrology department good [redacted] luck.
