My husband and I always choose AutoZone for any parts that we need and typically always have a great experience. But today, we had absolute wonderful service! Chuck went out of his way to give us a hand making sure that everything was working properly and give us a hand. The manager Josh went way above expectations and helped us out even though he didn't have to. I would highly recommend this place for any of your automotive needs!

Needed to leave a review regarding the Assistant Manager Josh. He was very helpful, going out of his way to help get two batteries for the jet skis we were taking out that day. We occupied a lot of his time but he continued to work with us while still taking care of other customers at the same time. Very pleasant experience. Thank you Josh for helping us enjoy our day on the water!

Its Sunday 10:30 am December 31st. I had a puzzle with replacing my windshield wiper blades. Customer Service Rep ‘AJ’ went out of his way to be helpful & resourceful. I am impressed with his Ability To Handle a stressed customer( me) !

Had to buy a battery for my truck and Carl helped me with the sale and installation. Was very professional and patient as the installation wasn’t easy but Carl was a trooper about it. If you need help with auto parts be sure and ask for Carl, he’ll get the job done. Excellent person!

I worked with A J and was wonderful he had my cars headlites replaced in 5 mins and had a wonderful attitude, will definitely be back to this store in Meadville for any problems the staff are friendly and willing to help with any problem that araises especially A.J. I can't say enough of how much I appreciate his help. What a nice guy he fixed my problem n had me laughing the whole time... He deserves a raise lol thank you guys this is why I go to AutoZone over all the other automotive stores!!!

My most recent visit was fantastic.
I am a female who has grown up around cars and engines. I know quite a bit. My husband knows almost nothing about cars. There have been many locations where I would be talked to like I was stupid because I'm a female. This is not one of those locations. I was treated like I knew what I was taking about. I was talked to like a person and I appreciate that so much. The guys were super helpful and I did have to make a return and they completely understood. There were no issues and it was simple.

Carl was super helpful today! He was professional, kind and efficient. The overall friendliness and positive vibe with all of the staff was awesome!

11/10 recommend. The staff was extremely helpful. I had a battery that crapped out. I had them test it first and of course it was bad. So they priced me out a new one. They were actually able to swap it out for me too right there on the spot. And to go even further, I was paranoid about my alternator, so they took the time after swapping it out to check that and the starter. Can't say enough good things about the staff there. They sent me on my way all within 30 minutes. You won't regret your experience here.

Snow storm today. Wiper blade fell off. A J came to my aid and reinstalled blade. AJ is definitely an asset to this business. Very pleasant and courteous

Greatest experience Paul the manager brought me a battery I was stranded about a mile down the road wouldn't buy auto parts from anywhere else thanks Paul for going above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home thanks again

I'm am a very happy u have employees like Carol he was working on sat when I stopped in to get a oil bolt and I was having problems get the bolt out and he told he would come and help me and that he did meet his wife and they both are amazing people so glad u have a amazing person working at auto zone need more of them thank u very much for taking time out of your day to help me

My whole life I've always just went to the closest parts store. Today I was at your location for a gas cap and wiper blades. I usually feel like an idiot being 47 years old and know nothing about cars. Joshua made me feel welcom and put the blades on. I felt he understood me and made sure everything fit before I left. As long as he works there I will go nowhere else. I drive old cars and always need something. I also will tell everyone at work the same. Thanks again!!

An exceptional salesman helped me check my battery and replace it for me. He was so kind and helpful, gave me tips and advice, and taught my son a few things too! Best customer service around.

Yesterday, while trying to figure out what size my wiper blade was, I broke my glasses. I go into Auto Zone. I can't see a thing. I asked for some tape. Th guy at the counter helped me tape them back together. The next guy at the counter could tell I was having trouble looking up my wiper size. He said he would look it up for me. So finally I can half see with my taped glasses, I pick out my wiper, as I was paying for it. The guy at the counter offered to help me replace the wiper. I was really glad 😊 because my truck is pretty tall. Even with step ladder it's hard to reach. He slipped the wiper on without any trouble.🏅👍😊 As I left I told him, " I knew I picked the right place!"😃
