This site has a hometown family friendly vibe. Always someone available to help you find what you're looking for! They have a great paint selection, and a little bit of everything you hope to find at a hardware store. Seasonal items galore and an amazing nut, bolt, screws, connectors of all shapes and sizes selection.

Such a clean well set up store. Everything is right where it should be and grouped with items you will or may need. The ladies at the front of the store are friendly and smiling.

The store was very clean and the employees were all very helpful! I went specifically for plants and was incredibly impressed at the selection, the prices, and the health of the plants. Not to mention the way the display was set up. It is obvious that they really care about the appearance of their store and the health of their plants. They were right up front where they can get natural light instead of tucked into a corner. I was very impressed overall and will continue to buy plants here as long as the quality remains this amazing!

This is the place to go! The Ace in Naches couldn't order more hardware I guess, they told me to go to Yakima. So I went here and these folks always greet you at the door and have a lot better selection all around

This is the best store to go to if you value outstanding customer service. They have a lot of staff working all the time so it’s never a challenge finding some help and they always ask if I need help with anything when I’m looking around. Prices are a little higher but it’s worth every penny every time I walk in.

Very comforting in your store, everyone is so very helpful, and friendly. Honestly, I would rather shop with y'all in this store as oppose to going into Yakima and not getting the expertise help and advice on anything that I may be working on. Or getting supplies for projects around my house and neighbors home. I always feel very welcome. Thank y'all

Always have what you need, in stock and help who is smart enough to show you where it is. You can walk in, ask for help in 20 seconds and be out the door in less than 8 minutes. Faster than walking in from a box store parking lot!!

Great employees who seem to be genuinely interested in helping you find the products you need. Excellent selection, clean and well-lit store. I do wish the they were open a bit later into the evening--it may just be me, but I tend to realize my hardware needs a little later in the evening. That aside, excellent store.

The best place around for all your home, garden and project needs. EXCELLENT staff and prices.

Clean well stocked hardware store. Beats going into yakima for random items. I enjoy the membership coupons in the mail. You know I take advantage of those! Recommend.

Good local hardware store with reasonable prices. Not as low as the chain stores but not outrageous and worth it to support local. If you live in Selah it will cost you as much in gas to get to Lowe's or Home Depot as what you would save by going there so it's a wash. Might as well support the local guys for the same money.

These folks always take care of me. No matter what kind of random project I'm doing, they'll try to humor me and half the time they come up with a simple solution to something I'm over complicating. I really appreciate that they will take the time to be real, and encourage some good snark. It's my favorite place to spend my future retirement.

Every time I go I feel like I am welcomed! I highly recommend shopping at Helms the crew is phenomenal, Kyle and everyone in the front is always willing to help. I appreciate all of you.

They have the best customer service in town, and for miles in either direction! If you haven't been able to find something that's hardware or plumbing related, or just want to talk to a department manager who has a clue about what they are selling, this is where you go!!!
