Costco Pharmacy

When other pharmacies charge high co-pays, Ive always been able to get a better price here. When other pharmacies are out of stock, Costco pharmacy has filled my Rx. They're the best.

Sometimes a bit of a wait but club prices are on-par with GoodRX plus purchases count towards cash back at year end payouts 😉

Very helpful, fast and accommodating pharmacy. Always pickup the call and never in rush.

when this location opened there were contact issues getting texts that scripts were ready, but the system seems to have gotten ironed out.
staff is knowledgable & friendly.
zero wait times dropping off.
never had more than a 10 minute wait in line when picking up.
once they were out of stock on something but it came in the next day.
little disappointing they're closed on Sundays, but hey, can't have everything I suppose.

Called in to check status of refill. Brian was very rude, kept cutting me off, and was condescending. I will be following up in store with management. Never had such a horrible pharmacy experience.

my wife went to pick up prescription for me. the assistant at the window "drop off" Wendy was very rude towards to my wife. instead of asking questions seems like she was interrogating her. My wife later on was talking to manager about assistant's attitude and how rude she was bc my wife is foreigner meanwhile she was accusing her of lie.

They were advertising the flu shot. We tried to get it and were told it was going to be 20 minutes to process the paperwork. Went to check on it close to the time as the kids were going crazy. The pharmacy staff person was very rude, said 'you just got here' as if my time was worthless. Said it was going to take another 20 minutes, very defensively. We left and not going back to that pharmacy.

The worst place to try and deal with to get a prescription filled. Staff is rude and unconcerned with patients needs/issues. 3 our of the 4 times I have dealt with them I have been told my script would be filled in 25 minutes. I give them 30-40 minutes each time wondering the store in pain until I get back in their line that is longer then the entire isle. Just to find out my order has yet to even be started. They give me the run around and eventually tell me my prescription will be done in 20-30 minutes. Mind you, by said point and time I have already been waiting 40 minutes. All of this would be fine if from the very beginning they would just tell me it’s going to take 1-2 hours time. I would just go home and relax and come back on my own time instead of being told an amount of time insinuates that I can just hangout and relax.

Terrible customer service and very rude. I have been dealing with them for about a year and they are almost never helpful but always count on them to be rude. Awful service.
