Yakima Secure Storage

I dropped off items from my house in December 2019, anticipating I would only be needing storage for 2 years. 4 years and 4 months later, my stuff was exactly how I’d left. No heat damage (especially good for a non-temp controlled unit), no water leakage, nothing. Everything was perfect and exactly as I left it. I am so grateful to Yakima storage! Thank you!

The employees are amazing I felt so welcome and love that she explained in detail, the promotions they’re marketing it's a great deal and that's what brought my attention to get a unit at their location and explained the policy of their unit. Great customer service!! Glad that they had great energy with services.

Easy and convenient location from my home... I've Rented from this location a few times and currently just rented a unit a few couple of months ago..
Pricing isn't to bad for the units. But they do require insurance every month old thru their company which is a little expensive.... It's about $15.00 extra on top of their monthly rate.... It clean I've never had seen any pests or bugs thankfully and or problems with thefts... Grounds are well kept... Easy access to units and gated... So if your Looking for a unit to rent I would go see the ladies in the office and see if they can meet your needs regarding a storage unit... 🤗 I personally have given this place a 10 out of 10 of my personal favorite places to continue to do business with... I'm just saying it's a GREAT PLACE...

Not a bad place for to keep your extra belongings especially with me being the maintenance man your things are In good hands and I've completely changed the way things look around there been keeping the weeds under control and the trash picked up and fixing what I'm allowed to that maybe broken which I can honestly say hasn't been anything to major cos our customers have some actual decency and respect to not trash their units so if you're ever looking for a good safe storage unit come on by and check us out and u can leave knowing that your things are goin to be safe on my watch well as long as I'm working I can't control what happens when I'm off the clock sadly but we got a good surveillance system setup which is monitored by 3rd party security personnel just saying so think ur not being watch u lil thieves but oh best believe u r so how about u don't steal other ppls stuff thinking your slick cos u aint

Yakima Secure Storage is excellent in fitting my storage needs! Lots of sizes and prices to fit my budget. I know my belongings are safe. The employees are so friendly and know their stuff!

I went to get a storage unit. Misty was at the counter and did an amazing job in getting me all set up and her knowledge of the facility was unmatched. I was surprised to find out that she only recently started as the manager. Facility is pricey but with her on staff, well worth the money spent. Highly recommended.

Best place In town and security is awesome

I am currently a renter and have been for a while. The staff are great people and have been very kind. They keep the place clean and I feel safe to go there alone in the dark. Tom has helped me several times whenever I have asked. They are super friendly. I however am looking to move because the prices went up and it's cheaper else where and I can get a unit much larger for what I pay. I would recommend Yakima secure to anyone

Good prices for a fully gated storage unit

I literally called at least ten other storages trying to find a 10 by 12 and no one had any available.
When I called your storage a very friendly lady named amanda answered my call and all my questions and says yes we have one and it is available today.
When I was taken to the unit it was the size we needed and I was also able to afford it.
Good size for the price. Nice and secure place.

Have used this facility for 8+ years. The facility is clean and well maintained. In the winter, snow has always been cleared before I've arrived. The office staff are friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Super people to deal with. Stored my mom's possessions here after she passed away. They were bery helpful and very reasonably priced. If i lived in yakima i would definitely do business with them. They had a first month special as well as senior rates.

Always clean - I enjoy the staff

Great place to store your stuff. The couple that run it, are very sweet. They show you the unit first, and the paper work was fast and simple. The storage units are clean and gated. Also you can drop your uhaul off there too!

House burned up. Had to have a storage place for the items we were able to find. This one seems to be quite secure. Coded check-in and coded check-out. Easy process to rent and pay monthly. Nice person behind the desk.
