All of the staff at Minnich Funeral Home were knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding us though the funeral process. Rob was great to work with and explained everything that we needed to do. He was prompt in communicating and in completing what need to be done. The staff at Minnich made the whole process go very smoothly.

Rev Nate and his team were amazing. During a difficult time after our mothers passing he provided guidance with a heartfelt ear and helped us in a calming manner to plan her life’s celebration. He coordinated everything or us and MDR rumbas very simple. Her services were beautiful and we can’t thank you all enough for everything.

Hoover Boyer was awesome to work with when my spouse passed. They never pressured me into a financial decision during my vulnerable time. They were so caring and understood my needs. They never seemed bothered when me or my family asked questions. I highly recommend them.

Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and compassionate, and very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. I only knew a few basics of what my friend wanted who passed away suddenly, and they were able to provide me with very doable options and explained each one completely and fully. I never felt that they pushed me into doing anything I was uncomfortable with or could not afford, but showed me ways to give my friend a very beautiful and tasteful service. I would gladly call on this company to walk me thru this painful experience, should the need arise again.

This was the second funeral our family attended over the last year and both times it was held at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes. Our most recent visit was exceptional in regard to customer service. We arrived to the viewing just a few minutes before the funeral began. The owner’s son was very kind and went above and beyond. When we arrived, they valet parked our car. Then after finding out that our son dumped his entire water bottle on himself during the hour and one half car ride, he was soaked from the waist down. Sadly we had no spare clothing. As desperate parents, we asked for help. The owner’s son found a dryer and returned within a few minutes with a clean pair of jeans the exact size he needed that his son used to wear. Within 20 minutes he returned our son’s pants and said keep the jeans. We never got his name but we are thankful for his kindness and generosity.

From the first phone call until completion of all the details Nathan was caring and professional. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, and makes sure you are getting everything you need or want for your loved ones funeral. Everyone was nice, friendly and very kind. It's was a very good experience. Thank you all for your support.

Though it is said that you're never prepared for the end, it was never truer than with us. We were at the ER the day before, and my wife was released. Her expectation was 12-18 months. Yet she suddenly passed away. Hoover-Boyer worked with us on our budget, was very accommodating with what we wanted, and handled everything very quickly. Excellent home-town care.
