Initially, I reached out to one of the inventory managers, Steven, about a car I saw on the Steve Hahn’s website. His quick and helpful responses pushed me to follow through with an in-person visit.

When I arrived, I didn’t know what to expect and I was anxious. However, Martin and Cristobal made my experience stress-free and exciting. Martin is humble, result-driven, and determined to make every customer feel valued and satisfied. Cristobal is genuine and creates an atmosphere of ease and comfortability for every customer. They truly went above and beyond for me and I got to drive away in my dream car. I’m extremely grateful to both of these amazing and hard working individuals. I have purchased from Trucks Plus a couple years ago. I recently was looking for a used pickup but wanted to stay in my price range without compromising the rewards of buying new. I have NEVER been treated so fairly or respectfully from any dealership in the Northwest. Not only did they meet my expectations, they went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Michael is thier Boss and I have to say, before it was all said and done, he exceeded my expectations and met even more demands. Martine, the finance manager handled the completion with professional expertise, making sure he answered any questions I had. He personally negotiated with the financial institution to obtain a CLASS A financing with an incredible interest rate. He also explained in detail the extended warranty, the documents along with all of the paperwork. They have restored my trust in purchasing a vehicle.

I just had an awesome experience today because of Salesman named Steven. He is extremely smart, kind and really cares about his customers needs. I was dead set and firm on the numbers I wanted to spend monthly and he got us smack down in the middle… actually a few bucks less then we agreed upon. This is now our second vehicle with trucks plus and 2nd time working with Pete the finance guy. But let me tell you.. if you want someone who listens and who cares, find Steven!

Ive had one of the best experiences here at trucks plus!! I went here not knowing exactly what i can do with a totaled car situation in my name and needing a car asap.. i showed up to trucks plus it was very welcoming the car sales man i got was adrian pulido the coolest nicest none pushy guy ever!!! He helped me get in to something i wanted for me and my kids! With the help or martin! Martin the finance/manager guy! Martin worked so hard on getting me a loan for my car he didn't give up even when there was banks denying me!! Thank you to both there hard wrk i got into a kia optima !! I love it! Tomas was my sales man completely awesome experience he went above and beyond there was a few hiccups after I purchased a vehicle, and he took care of those. He went out on his own time and purchased products to get the cigarette smell out of the used vehicle that I had purchased, the salesman is amazing and I would recommend seeing him if you were looking for a vehicle he got me a super good deal on a very nice truck

My experience with the Salesman named Steven was the best car buying experience I’ve had in 15 years. He was very upfront and honest. He didn’t hold back information and was very quick to communicate and respond back if I had any questions. Very down to earth and respectful kind of guy. He took my needs and desires and didn’t stop until he had found the perfect truck for me. The Finance team and managers were also very cheerful and kind. It was an overall positive experience, which I wasn’t expecting because sometimes buy a new car can be nerve wracking or daunting. Thank you Steven!!!

Had a great experience here with Steven who went above and beyond for us. He spent all day answering all of our questions, exploring all of our options, and genuinely working to get me what I wanted. I never felt pressured and he was honest with us throughout the whole process. At the end of the day I didn’t leave with a new truck, to no fault of his own. If the sales manager would’ve been able to make the deal Steven put on the table for us, I would’ve been happy to leave as a new customer.
