We booked a room for our family for 3 nights while in town for a family members birthday party. The service we received from the moment we walked in until we checked out was outstanding. Zachary went above and beyond for us on a couple separate occasions during our stay. The room was very roomy and clean. Absolutely loved it. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have had at a hotel. And lobby is very relaxing.

We will for sure book with Home2 from here on out any time we come into town..and with our favorite room..which I won't say because I don't want to let the cat out of the bag.

Our experience was amazing. Thank you for a lovely room(home) away from home. Also, give Zachary a raise. That man deserves it.

I would like to give a shout-out to Beatriz. She is amazing to work with and has made group planning super easy. She is so kind and understanding. She has an amazing response time and is very clear with her communication.

Clean and well kept. Great food choices at breakfast. Strange how the front desk is basically in the breakfast area.
The air conditioning in the rooms is very loud.

Although we were only here for a quick overnight, it was surprisingly one of the best hotels stays I’ve had in some time!!

The room was so nice, with the ability to make a full meal if we wanted to! A comfy couch with a TV that said Welcome Dana, that felt pretty special! 😍

We received our digital key before check in time, allowing us access around 2pm, another lovely surprise since we were a little ahead of schedule.

We requested a late checkout thinking ‘slim chance’ or they’d try and charge us…to our delight, they allowed a 12:30 pm checkout, no questions asked! I can’t tell you how much this meant to my husband and I. We have teenagers, so we’ve pretty much been exhausted for 15 years, but this small act of allowing a late check out was so restoring. I didn’t even realize how much I needed that little reset, but it literally changed my attitude to one of gratitude. My husband and I joked about just staying long term, although we have no real ties to Yakima!

Hands down the best staff that I have ever worked with to set up a meeting at their facility. They went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and that our meeting went smoothly. Our attendees loved their rooms with room to stretch out after a long day.

Rene was awesome in helping me get a room for the week after a booking error from my office. The rest of the experience was great as well. I would be happy to stay there again :)

First time staying at this hotel.
Wonderful room, large area throughout, bathroom was nice with plenty of room.
I used pool and Hot tub and they were very clean and well maintained.
Entire hotel was very nice.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yakima. Several restaurants/drive through fast food places.

Great property, we love the rooms! Staff are amazing! We had a small issue, they resolved it immediately!

Parking is a limited due to the construction of the new Tru hotel next door. And the hotel was completely booked. No fault of the hotel.

Stayed here for a work trip with several colleagues. The rooms were spacious and clean with good storage space and a great kitchen area with fridge freezer sink and dishwasher. The complementary breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The staff was friendly the pool and hot tub area were clean and inviting. The hotel was quiet and is located in a shopping center with many walkable options to get food. Franklin Park was a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

This place must be fairly new. Everything was very clean and the rooms were quite large. Breakfast had lots of options. A pool and gym were available, although we didn't use them. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Family of 5 (2 adults & 3 small children). Rooms were very clean and spacious. Including the sofa bed, we all slept comfortably. Staff was great with good attitudes. My only complaint is that the jacuzzi did not appear to be working but the pool was fine. Will definitely stay here again.

This was honestly the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Maybe not the fanciest or the most luxurious, but the most comfortable. The room was a good size, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. There was tons of counter, space, a desk, a dishwasher, coffee maker, full refrigerator, microwave and freezer, real plates, dishes and silverware. The breakfast was actually incredible, with delicious hot breakfast sandwiches, and little omelettes, they even had the calories on them, which I appreciate. They also had waffles, yogurt and all kinds of other normal things a continental breakfast would have. The TV was new and a great size, and I had no problem plugging in my fire stick and watching my shows. They have a little store downstairs with all kinds of food, treats and drinks, including beer and wine. I didn’t use the pool area, but it seemed warm, and they have a hot tub as well. They have a little workout room with a peloton and other work out equipment. This is honestly the only hotel I would prefer to stay at in the future and I have traveled for work a lot.

Nice overnight stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean. There check in process was quick and easy with no problems. Breakfast options are nice and coffee is great. There are places and grocery store/convenience stores nearby. I recommend if you'd like a quiet stay that is comfortable. Slept well on the bed here and felt comfortable during my stay here.

A little bit off the freway but nice location quiet and very comfortable rooms. Lots of space. I only stayed one night, but this would be great for extended stays with small kitchenette and spacious rooms.

We were happy we stayed here for 3 nights while attending a pickleball tournament. Loved our room with a couch, small kitchen, nice bath and comfy bed. Modern & clean with friendly staff in a nice safe area close to a Starbucks, Chipotle, and Habit Burger.

I love coming here. The rooms are huge with plenty of space. Everything is new and clean and the best part they have some wonderful motorcycle parking up front to keep the motorcycle dry and eliminate any theft from any riff-raft plus the bike stays safe under the covered drive by the front door and I think there's cameras too.

What a great Hotel. We were on a business trip and tired. The room was clean, open and well stocked with comforts of home right down to the dishwasher in the room. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! Would have been fun.

Good central location, nice modern rooms with lots of space, delicious breakfast.
