Incredible customer service, brought in a couple of pairs to get spruced up and they look better than brand new. If you need any work done and a quick turn around, I wouldn't recommend a better place!

My client and family have appreciated Silverheels for a long time...recently needed to replace a beloved pair of Doc Martens. Rather than simply say, "They don't make that style anymore," Ralph took time to measure both feet, taking into account accommodating orthotics, researched on line alternatives and now a new pair of DM's are on their way to Yakima! Excellent customer service.

He's very honest and forthright. He knew that he didn't have anything that would meet my needs, and he told me so upfront instead of going for an easy sale. I'm sure to come back once I have corrected the issue with my feet! He was both friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband is an union carpenter and he will not go anywhere to have his boots worked on by anyone besides Ralph. Love his shop love going in there
