Dave Albaugh delivered a hospital bed to our house for my mom. He was very professional in his job. He explained things to me as he put the bed together showing me what to do and what not to do. Dave was very helpful. Thank you Dave for your professionalism.

The equipment we received for the in home care for our Dad we were very pleased with. The delivery and pick up was very smooth. After having seemingly the worst experience using this company, the billing department resolved my issue that had been going on for 2 months. I give 5 stars for McKaylee and Kelly who were fantastic on the phone. As for the rest of CS, no one notated that I ever called in, or did any other aspects of their job. While i don't recommend using this company if you have to pay out of pocket like me, they would be a great service for someone else.

I had to transfer my mothers oxygen service from a coin Virginia to Vantage in Pennsylvania in July this year. I worked with Laura Martinez in the Central Intake department. Laura was excellent and took care of helping me get everything transferred and set up. Having her help was an incredible resource. I would say that the customer service I received was the best I’ve encountered in the healthcare field.

I recommend Vantage!! They sent a technician out to set up my grandfathers bed. My grandfather is very slow moving and has a slew of medical concerns. Delwood was kinda, patient, and accommodating. We really appreciated the service we received! Thanks Delwood, and thank you Vantage!
