I never have a problem I’m in a power chair to go to where I need to go and I can’t see the card machine when I make a purchase like getting money orders or stamps and they help me they always as if I want money back I say no and I watch them push the nm back button a lot better than other places here in meadville

I'm handicapped and used my motor chair to get to the post office. It was easy to enter and I had no problem doing my business within the building. Wheelchair accessible is a plus!

They are very thoughtful, polite, and
always willing to help with any request. It is always a pleasure to go there!

There is always room for improvement. But, the Meadville Post Office, almost always does a great job.

You need to mail stuff they got boxes.

It's the post office. Sometimes it is fantastic and you zip in and out. Other times you have a terribly slow clerk. Whenever I have had problems they have always eventually sorted them out though.

They have an automated machine that helps you out any time of the day/night. Although the machine could have more options, and you should be able to do a lot more online. The fees for what you can do online are outrageous.

Before I moved here, I was getting my mail exactly when it was supposed to come. Now, when I check informed delivery, it says I was supposed to be receiving 3 pieces of mail today, but only 1 arrived. The one that is the most important is from my bank. I would like ALL of my mail when it's supposed to arrive. Not one piece today and another tomorrow. This is ridiculous.

There is always a long line, with only one person waiting on you. When I stood in line at Christmas to send out packages and cards, the clerk said snidely " You people need to get your packages sent out earlier!". Are you kidding me! You have postal employees walking around doing I don't know what - with one clerk taking care of 20 people in line....This Post Office needs a total review of this facility. And they need to learn to teach their employees to be more courteous ! The competition is great and they need all the patrons they can Get !!!
