My old phone was an iPhone 7 purchased back in January 2017. I knew I was on borrowed time with it. I worked with Jeff yesterday in the Meadville store who was amazing - kind, patient with my many questions, very knowledgeable and helpful. Purchasing my new iPhone 14 and accessories was surprisingly a very pleasant and easy process. So glad to have worked with Jeff!! Now I have piece of mind having a new reliable phone.

Today I had what I thought was a pretty complex problem. I called this AT&T store and David C. assisted my husband and myself. He was knowledgeable, courteous and caring. Our problem was his problem. He quickly resolved the issue and answered all our questions. We looked at future phones and will be back!

Me upgrade and transfer service and get me the phone and plan and a good payment that I wanted. And we just added an iPad today for a good payment. And possibly going back to add another and an Apple Watch.

I stopped by the Meadville Pa. store in the Plaza on a Saturday afternoon and was promptly greeted by one of the staff. I had a short wait as all salespeople were engaged with other customers. Without going into details salesperson Kayla listened to my concerns and was able to provide me with some technical help as well as recommend a 2nd phone that would best suit my needs I purchased a prepaid phone and was on my way. Very good experience.

Excellent customer service. Brian was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. At one point he even sat on the floor with my because I had my young children with me. Not many people have customer service like that. A year later, he still remembers my face and children. I am so impressed with him and how genuinely kind he is.
