Got here slightly early to deliver was given a portable dock within 10 minutes. Unloaded in about a hour that's with my loader assisting loading a flatbed. Can not complain much.

Gentlemen men who met at the main entrance was very rude. I was told to leave because I didn't have an appointment. Turns out that I did have an appointment but not for a certain time but an open-ended appointment for all day, according to my dispatch. Returned to location and confirmed delivery was for today with the office personnel. Delivery was confirmed by both receiver and dispatch two days prior. I was told that I would have to wait and that it would be long wait. Tired of places like this, who act like you are inconvenient to them and you are nothing but a dumb driver. Need to learn some basic customer service skills. It would go a long way
