Peaceful setting for walking my dogs. Bicentennial Park is always clean and it's a great size for dog walks with enough variety in the landscape (grass, trees, plants, and a creek) plus bunnies that my dogs have lots to sniff. I can walk them right into the water on hot days. Also there's a covered picnic area and a swing set.

Bicentennial Park is a hidden little gem in Meadville... Often overlooked for other larger or more extensive parks... It is a beautiful piece of land nestled against French Creek and has a nice, well maintained pavilion with a grill water spigot and bathroom very conveniently located nearby... A walk across the parking lot takes you to a historical type log cabin and access to French Creek a bit farther... I would advise that it is more geared towards adults as the playground is somewhat lacking and the creek has no fence... But I would definitely recommend it for a nice cookout with adults and older children

It's a beautiful park, small, but picturesque. We like to go there to eat our take out food.
