Got into a wreck and needed some work done, my insurance is contracted through NW autobody so I called, they were friendly throughout the whole process and helpful. Can't even tell anything happened to my car. Had a small issue with my clock being frozen after I picked up my car and called, they were able to get it to work properly again very quickly. Would def recommend them to friends/family

These guys are the best in Yakima - best in class on service and price. I clipped a curb in a parking lot, and the protective cover on my passenger side wheel well popped off. I brought it down, they popped it back into place. I tried to pay something, but no charge - just a smile and handshake. That's what I love about Northwest Auto Body - whether it's a big busted insurance job needed or just snapping something back into place - bring your vehicle here first! Thank you again NAB team!

Such a great experience today. The staff and crew at Northwest Auto Body was so helpful. I did a dumb thing and scuffed the paint on my car quite badly. After a very kind and yet well deserved scolding by the owner, the technician wielded some sort of magical powers and buffed out the scratches, completely restoring the shine and beauty to my Buick. My husband and I have had our vehicles repaired at Northwest Auto Body a few times through the years, always with the greatest satisfaction. You can’t go wrong with Northwest Auto Body. Their work is exceptional. And friendly, happy staff. Yes, you might have to wait for your vehicle to be repaired. But the wait is just another indication of just how good and how in demand they are. If you can, wait. Let NWAB do the work for you. They’re worth it.

I Had a problem with my doorSagging And I had a new pass code outdoor entry panel put in and it wouldn’t stay on because my door was sagging and I went to northwest auto body and they fixed it right then and there very nice people and didn’t charge me a thing!!I highly recommend this auto body shop!

I had to schedule 3 months out, but I'm glad I did! I was slightly worried cause I have a special paint. They got it spot on and can not tell I had bumper damage. They were very professional and I will be doing any body damage to my car (hopefully never) here

My family has had a few of our vehicles worked on here. They do a wonderful, high quality job every time. This time, i told them i am moving and waiting for my vehicle to be done. They surprised me and got it done about a week and a half early for me! I am thrilled! They are kind, honest people. Working with my insurance wasnt the easiest either but they handled it all well!

Had a very pleasant experience here. Pick up my car a few days ago, and had a few issues and/or questions. Went back and they took care of all my issues and went above and beyond what I expected of them. I have taken my car's to them at least three times and have had great results. They stand by their work and will work with you on any issues you have. Greatly appreciated the customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs repairs, etc.

They ordered parts ahead of time, and only had my car three days to install them. The repairs look great, and the guys at Northwest were friendly and informative. I'd definitely go back to this shop if I ever need body work again.

After experiencing another auto body option in Yakima, this place is our obvious & unquestionable choice! Professional & honest. No bait & switch nonsense. They took excellent & prompt care of our situations.
I highly recommend them.

This post is a little over due. I went into NW auto body 9 months ago to see if they could get an erosion type spot out of my car or basically having to repaint half the car. Long story short the owner Craig McBride got couple of buffers and magically after 45 minutes of work it was basically gone. They charged me a whopping zero, nada, nothing. You just don't see this kindness anymore. Thanks again !!

These people are amazing. Very skilled. When you pick up your vehicle you cannot find where the damage was. Top quality. Would recommend this business to any who need excellent body work.

I highly recommend this place. There were a couple hiccups when I went to pick up my car after they repaired it, but they made sure that everything was taken care of. They made sure my car was as good as it was before it was hit.
The work they did is absolutely amazing.
Also, they are all VERY kind. 😊

excellent job couldn't tell what side the dent was actually on after they did it perfect match as for recent comments I read Saul Diaz and his nearly full page comment that should be removed,it is not applicable nor does it reflect the actual work the excellent work they strive for.I would highly recommend them.

They have had my car since March and even though they have had some set backs they have told us what they have known they are a great place to get your car fixed of it can be fixed they work hard give you updates when you call are very nice and do there best to make you a happy customer I would recommend them to anyone who would like there car to be done
