These are very kind and loving people! I trust them driving my grandfather from his home to the hospital or wherever he needs to go. The woman at the office is a total sweetheart. Thank you Cascade Ambulance! We will be using you again!

Very few good employees it seems. I witnessed an older male employee barate a younger female employee, yet she was much nicer to me in the first place. It was super unprofessional. They talked about how chaotic the workplace is with me sitting within ear shot, and how the bosses don't ensure the employees are properly trained to their "standard". This made me not want to use their services again.

Cascade Ambulance is sending me to collections over $120. My father passed away (and my power of attorney that allowed me to pay his bills) before their last bill came in. They are apparently so short of cash that they can't wait for my dad's estate to settle. I've taken care of my father (and paid his bills on time) for 2+ years. This is absolutely pathetic.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. They left my dying grandfather in the lobby of Saint Joseph Hospital, confused, disoriented, and dying from cancer. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. They are horrible people.

From the front of the hospital to the back of the hospital $1,800. Insane. Monopoly of Washington state. Ask for options before they transport you.

Please train your drivers better.
