Best Self Storage Solutions - Basin

Like most mini storage properties, Basin Mini no longer has a manager on site. But, payments can be made online, scheduled as automatic payments online, dropped in the drop box on site, or made in person at Sunwest Properties on 30th Street. All of the bases seem to be covered. Seems like they have made a lot of improvements in their systems and have security cameras. It is a convenient location and a great facility.

Always great customer service and the new website is fantastic!

Very safe storage units.

I was told the hours were 6:30am - 9:00pm. They rarely opened on time OR closed on time, I found they were usually closed WAY earlier than 9pm.

When I asked the lady at the front desk, she mentioned that "no one needs to be moving at that time." Umn, how about people who work long days?

She also casually mentioned how she opened and closed when she felt like it. Horrible customer service, the lady is rude, and after I called and made a complaint, they changed the gate hours to close at 5pm rather than work with their original contract hours.

I will let everyone I know how HORRIBLE the business there is. I'm going to the BBB next.

I would give a zero if I could. I called several time to reserve a unit and they even took money out of my account. I made an appointment to arrive and secure the unit but no one was working. I call them and am informed that the people answering the phone are a service.

Take your business else where. This place has gone down hill drastically with their services. No signage advising customers that office hours are by appointments only. Not to mention your calls go straight to an answering service representative.

They aren't always open when they say they are. My unit was double locked even when my bill was paid and it took days to finally talk to someone to get the lock removed

Don't trust. They like to charge you out the backyard for being late
