We relied on CRT Flooring in Albuquerque for linoleum installation in our high-traffic retail store. We have a short timeline to get everything done. They performed perfectly. The new flooring is both practical and visually appealing!!

CRT Flooring did a wonderful job on our carpet installation. They completed the work in a timely manner (less than 5 hours). Very happy with the result.

They have consistently exceeded my expectations with their impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. From the moment I reached out to them for a quote until the final installation, their team displayed professionalism and expertise that is hard to come by.

CRT did an excellent job replacing our old, yucky carpet last month!!
Joe and Beth and their installers were so helpful and patient with us every step of the way, from choosing our floors to financing options and proper care of the carpet and vinyl fence flooring.
We recommend them highly and will call on them again!

future!

Very good experience. The initial consultation was very professional and informative. Once we decided on how to proceed, CRT was very accommodating and even stored our carpet in their facility for weeks until our house was ready for it. On delivery/install day, they were on time and completed the job promptly and the finished product was awesome. They cleaned up after themselves nicely leaving nothing for us to do but enjoy the carpet. I would happily recommend them and will use them again.

CRT Flooring was EXCELLENT to work with. Working with this family owned business was a pleasure. The first meeting for measurement and carpet selection went efficiently. Joe Gonyea knew his materials and how colors changed in various lighting (critical when choosing tonal choices. Beth Gonyea provided all the follow-up coordination. She went over and above when she made the carpet installation happen within a tight timeline as I was going to be unavailable 3 weeks after the contract date. The installation team moved all furniture with care. The entire experience was professional, timely and painless. Always a wonderful thing when trying to remodel within tight timelines.

CRT Flooring was an exceptional company to work with. Joe and Beth were a phenomenal team and I only have good things to say about the whole process from picking the flooring to the installation. Work with them!!

Buyer beware. This company is based in Texas and I cannot speak for the performance of those operations, but the ABQ location (google indicates "Temporarily Closed"), and the phone number doesn't work. Seems to me to be some kind of sub-contractor "rag-tag" operational arrangement. They are (or used to be) the contractor Costco used when buying flooring at Costco.

When you get the in home sales pitch, they indicate they offer a lifetime installation warranty. Don't believe it. They are pros at ignoring e-mails after the fact. If Costco is still using this company and you are in NM, my advice is to look elsewhere for your flooring needs. Hopefully Costco will re-evaluate this arrangement in NM, if they haven't already I will do what I can to advise that.

Would not recommend using this company. They had to come back out and remove the flooring again to do more concrete leveling in the whole house. They came out to do the main area and said they would be back out in a month to finish the bedrooms but never heard back from them. Poor communication between them and their sub as well. Agreements were inconsistent between them which then effected the result. Technically the repairs are half finished but we will not be pursuing any further work from them.

I bought 6 window shades through CRT flooring (via a Costco contract). The shades were apparently backordered, though it was like extracting teeth to get them to tell me anything about expected delivery dates or installation. Our completion date on the contract came and went. When, 7 days after the completion date, the blinds did finally arrive, my rep didn't call me, and then acted as though it was some kind of giant favor getting the installer to come out before we left to travel for a week. They did not order all the correct items (it was agreed that there was some sort of tie-down hardware for the blinds installed over opening windows), and despite their arrival date of 6/4, they are unwilling to send anyone out to install them before Monday, 6/8

While it's never the fault of a contractor when they're having supply chain issues, it is always their responsibility to communicate well with the customer, and CRT has no concept of that. My rep, Ramona, repeatedly gave me the brush-off of "I called you and left a voice mail", when in fact, she did no such thing.

Instead of being proactive and communicating anticipated delivery dates, she has forced me to call her repeatedly to check status. I shouldn't have to go through this constant rinse/repeat cycle of polling someone who was very happy to cash my check, but screens my calls so that they go straight to her voicemail.

I suggest to anyone dealing with CRT, particularly Ramona, that they find someone else to do the job.
