Absolutely loved that we were able to get that many fries, and malt vinegar! Reminded me of being in canada where people ate fries with vinegar. Also loved the burger. Only downside was the burger bun was soggy but the burger was still really delicious. The cashier was really friendly as well. Most of the fries were in the bag because there were so many lol

always a great experience here. everything is always fresh, I order mine with no bun just lettuce wrapped and YUMMMMY so freaking bomb! GREAT JOB TO ALL YOU THERE. thanks for showing up and doing a fantastic job.

Friendly, helpful employees. Everything is made hot and fresh. Real hamburger meat, variety of toppings. The fries are the best I’ve ever eaten. Fresh potatoes, never frozen. Hot and salty. I’m willing to pay more for good quality food.

Always enjoy a good 5 Guys cheeseburger and fries! The burgers are so tasty and I like that I get to choose what goes on it. The fries are also delicious. They are so potatoey 😁, I know that sounds silly, but compared to other fries, these taste homemade without the whimpy limpness! I had a salted caramel shake too, so good!

WOW!!!! This was our first time at Five Guys. Very friendly staff. Burger was amazing. Fries served hot and so tasty. My wife and I couldn't stop talking about our great lunch. We are from Canada. Please bring Five Guys to Victoria.

There was only 3 guys behind the counter, so I started off feeling like I had been fibbed to. The floor was messy and it took a while to get my order. When I did get my order it was wrong. Now wait a minute, you are asking why there are 5 stars up there? Because the people working were very friendly, the floor was dirty because you can grab some free peanuts and throw the shells on the ground (I don't know if they do that every day, but it was fun to feel like I was getting away with being naughty!), and my order was wrong, but in a good way. I ordered a basic burger and I got a double cheeseburger. I got the standard size cajun fries, and there were so many that I couldn't finish them all! Great food and a fun place to eat, that's why they still got 5 stars.

Yakima finally has a Five Guys! When you walk in, the delicious smell of burgers and fries greets you like an old friend! Immediately after walking in, you’ll find open boxes of peanuts that are free for the taking. They keep it clean, but you can just throw the peanut shells on the ground. When you get up to order, there’s a few things that you should know. A ‘regular’ burger has 2 patties. The little burgers have a single patty, which is probably enough for most people. You can put whatever toppings you want on your burger….I’m a sucker for grilled onions and jalapenos. The fries are fantastic and sourced from the region. Two people can easily share a regular fry. If you like Cajun flavor, check out the Cajun fries. They are awesome! If you order a drink, they have the fancy coke machines that can make a gazillion different flavors of your drink. Orange Coca-Cola? Yup. Raspberry Diet Coke? Yup! If you’re in the area, check out 5 guys….Delicious burgers and fries!

Ordered dinner online with ease. We had two lil’ cheese burgers the way we like them and a regular fry which fed us both. Burger’s were ready when I arrived and then the sweet employee dropped my fries into the fryer! I loooove that they know how important hot fresh fries are even when taking out our meal! Thanks for fantastic service y’all!

The food is amazing. Burgers and fries made when you order. My favorite milkshake is the salted caramel malt. AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES!!!

Food was fantastic as usual from this Five Guys! Hot and oh so tasty, yummy goodness in my mouth! Service wasn't the usual chipper experience, but hey we all have off days.

I have been to this 5 guys twice and it's been a great experience the food is good the staff is friendly service was great. This particular restaurant was great. The prices are reasonable the customization you can make to your burger is outstanding and they ask if you want fresh jalapeños them mean fresh not from a can or a jar.

My son and I went to the Five guys restaurant in Yakima for lunch. While we were ordering, I guess my son noticed that the fries were cooked in 100% peanut oil but didn’t tell me until we received our order. He has a slight peanut allergy and wondered if he should eat some, I told him no cause we didn’t want to take that risk. I went to the counter and asked the manager if they sold bags of chips and he said no, he thought for a minute and said he could send someone over to the Dollar Tree next door and get some, which he did, and I thanked him!! Who does that!! That was very awesome of him to do that!! The manager and his staff are top notch!!! Very special thanks to them!!

Good food! Good service! My only minor complaint were the prices. It was a little spendy for my liking, but what isn't these days?! We will definitely be back next time we are craving a burger!

Top 3 best burger in town. The only downside is, they are much better to eat right in the restaurant, as the burgers are so hot and juicy, combined with time it takes to get home, can make the bun a tiny bit soggy from steaming in the foil wrapper.. but seriously that's the only nitpick I have. Cajun fries are off the chain too. Fast, affordable, fresh, friendly service, this place checks all the boxes for me. Highly recommended!

Just took my girl to a five guys for the first time she enjoyed it so much that she insisted on going back to tip them.
Great food and happy staff, I've always loved these places.

1. The place was clean and the line was fast.
2. Customer service was great they all greater us and said goodbye when we left. Even the cooks. I thought that was pretty cool and nice and not every establishment does that these days.
3. The food OMG where have we been? First time trying it, we got the cheeseburger (I wasnt that hungry) then we see how HUGE that cheeseburger was and the flavor was just to die for. A delicious, savory and huge burger. Don't even get me started on the fries portion so many fries thank God we only ordered one.
4. Price.. Not your topical fast food place prices but totally worth it. You gotta try this place!

Best place in Yakima to eat great Customer Service great food positive environment love it and the manager there Jeremy always greets to when you walk in and tells you to have a great day on your way out big thumbs up
