Glen the salesman he has excellent customer service. Since the phone call first that I made. So I went in and Glen showed me several different types of purple mattresses whether soft or firm. He set it all up and always with a smile. That made my day due to great customer service. I will definitely let my family and friends know. Thanks for having such a great employee. Blessings.

Richard was phenomenal and honest. No pressure from him, knows his products very well which made my selection so effortless and easy. He listened to what my needs were and gave me choices. I tried them out. I couldn’t tell the difference because they all felt awesome. Mattresses were excellent in quality, texture, comfort, durability, materials, warranty with varying prices.

I highly recommend this company and Richard for your next shopping experience.

This place was great. I was helped by a gentleman named Richard. He helped me find the perfect pillow. He was calm and polite and answered all my questions. I left feeling satisfied and content to the point where i will tell my family to come back here for their pillows. :)

UPDATE: I would have expected more from this company since I was so satisfied at the beginning, but after 3 years of having my mattress, the protector fell apart beneath my bed without my knowledge and my bed stained and is ruined. I called the store only to be told they could only replace the protector, the one that ruined my mattress to be begin with. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone due to lack of responsibility, and unwillingness to make things right.

2nd UPDATE: Richard advocated for me and reached out to the regional manager and was able to get me the credit for a new mattress. I was really emotional when I discovered the stains but overall happy with the outcome. Thank you Richard!

I was helped by Jose buying a mattress and he gave me the best price for exactly what I wanted. Also the fact that they have their own warehouse meant I did not have to wait for it to be shipped and got what I wanted right away. I was also impressed that the salesman was not pushy and really worked with me.

Glenn Manuel took really good care of my wife and I. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the items we were looking at. He made us feel comfortable trying out different pillows and mattresses. We enjoyed working with him! His customer service was great.

Went in needing a new mattress. Have a bad back and would love to wake up not hurting. My current mattress is 20+ years. Not something I shop for. Told him what I needed and my budget. Showed my 3 options. Had my try them out and went over their positive and basic features. Was impressed with the service and knowledge!

We purchased a Doctor’s Choice mattress over 10 years ago and have always been happy with our purchase, so it was without hesitation to go back when we needed a new one. We just went there today and Richard was great helping us he even gave us a good deal on a floor model to help save us money.

My experience with Glen at Denver mattress was great. I knew what kind of mattress I needed and Glen showed me three of them. I wasn't pressured into anything and in my opinion that helped with my purchase. Very professional and courteous.

Glen showed us multiple options and really heard and understood our needs which led us to buy a foundation for our bed that we really needed and wanted. Will definitely keep glen in mind whenever we buy our next mattress!

Highest marks for Jose (our salesperson). We wanted to buy a new mattress exactly like the one we've been using for the past 8 years. Our challenge was, we now live almost 200 miles from the nearest Denver Mattress store. Jose was patient and resourceful and helped us figure it all out. Looking forward to receiving our new mattress and semi-retiring our current mattress to the guest room. Thanks Jose, you do good work.
