Bought a Ford escape from him on January 2nd and on the way home the engine light came on had AutoZone put it on the meter and it came back as mosf8, I called Gilbert and he had me bring it back on the 3rd he took and replaced all the plugs even though only 1 was bad then replaced the coil pack. He wouldn't let me pay even for parts. it's nice to find a good quality honest family business and these are the kind we need to support. Once again thank you

Gilbert was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process but what I loved most was the customer service after the sale, he would even switch out my tires in the winter, something not necessary at all but going above and beyond to make life easier for me. Wonderful service! Less than a month after purchasing I had a problem with my car that was undetectable and no ones fault. They rectified the problem quickly and by taking responsibility financially. Over a year later I love my car and have had no additional problems. 10/10 would shop here again!
