Went in to buy a new rifle the other day. Like most days the owner Chuck was very busy helping customers in the shop. Phone was ringing off the hook but he let it ring and continued to help customers. THANK YOU!!! I appreciate the fact that customers that take the time to come into your shop are the priority. Not saying that people calling aren't important.

Chuck the Owner is very friendly, and provides great customer service. His small building means he doesn't have a very large inventory. This keeps his overhead down which means he can order almost anything you need at extremely low prices. When your order arrives Chuck will call you promptly. What a great small business this is in our rural area. Another plus is he is located right next to the Police Station. Buy American, & support a great small business.

Chuck is very helpful. And has great prices. Plus, the cheapest ffl transfers in the Yakima Valley.

Extremely friendly. Prices are competitive, and not really surprising but he has better pricing than Cabelas. Have also ordered online and had gun shipped here. Super easy transactions all around.

You can't support the local businesses if you can't contact them. I'll go elsewhere. I don't ever do business with businesses that don't respond to contact efforts. This one apparently doesn't. So, it's up to Kittitas for me

Great place to go to buy or sell on consignment. I have purchased three handguns, one shotgun and one AR-15 lower here and have sold one handgun, one bullpup and several magazines here. Good, honest prices and deals for all. Excellent choice for hunter, sport shooter or tactically minded alike.
