We bought a 2010 Chevy equinox, & had some health issues with my son who has been in children’s hospital for couple weeks they were VERY understanding, also worked with me on my late payment. I definitely recommend them because they really are family owned. They work really hard to be understanding and work with you always. Definitely go check them out!!!

I recently purchased this vehicle from Bruce Kirkhams my sales rep was Clayton. I must say I'm very impressed on how promptly my inquiry and questions I had was answered via email.. very truthful and honest.. he did mention a service called Lemon Quad in which is an amazing service very convenient and affordable this service will go to the location in which the vehicle your interested in to purchase is at. They'll do a fell inspection and send you a report after everything is completed.. i wish I could attach my report how detailed and thorough it was. With photos included.. it give me the peace of mind on what I'm interested in purchasing. Besides that Bruce Kirkhams Auto World has given me the faith that I can trust them on my purchases. They made me feel welcome. And that I wasn't just a car sale to them. And I truly thank you. Thank you for your time and amazing experience.

Everything was very convenient for me using the Lemon squad service, Clayton's honesty and help. Driving from Seattle to Yakima.. was very much worth it. Having the confidence knowing that I'm making a good purchase. Yes, I would recommend friends and family. And purchase another vehicle from there..

Great buying experience. When I first checked out our car, owner told me to test drive it all the way to my house and show it to my wife. And he gave me cash to put gas in the car as well. I test drove it 30 mins away and 30 mins back. Purchase process was easy, pretty good explanation of contract. The car has been great. We are super happy and it was exactly what we wanted for our family. And to top it off, months later, they still remember my name! I hadn't talked to them in a couple of months except for quickly over the phone for payment, and I went in the other day and as soon as I mentioned my car the guy knew who I was. I think that's awesome! We did in house finance and couldn't be happier.

My father did business with Bruce when he worked for Bob Halls Chevrolet. He bought a Chevy Dually from Bob hall and Bruce was his salesman. Bruce was a no BS Kind of Man the Kind anyone would like to do business with. He has sold me several cars. Him and his office staff have always been good to us! Not surprising he has been in business this long. He's a good Man and My Father would stand by that if he were here.

I gotta say I am impressed. Took my daughter there car shopping...she found a really cute Nissan reasonably priced and she was able to get financing witha low down payment (1500).
I do recommend these guys...no stress browsing, was never bothered guy until we were ready.

Helpful and honest customer service. I chose to go to this dealership because of its ratings and reviews. When I got there, I explained that I required a cheap car (less than $3000) with no more than 180,000 miles and good gas mileage. I needed it to travel long distances over the summer (all the way to California!). The owner let me test drive two cars halfway to Ellensburg and back so I could see how the car "really drove" under various conditions (through mountains, different terrain, etc.) At the end of the day, I left the dealership with a car that I love and met all my criteria. Buys car with around 200k in miles with bad credit for 3000 dollars and complains its not a new car. I think an honest effort to buy and sell good cars at a price lower income with bad credit can afford has been made.

Bought a 4 wheel drive 1 year and a half ago,paid that off. Needed a bigger 4 wheel drive and traded my other vehicle. Great cars,great service.
