Churchill's Booklover's Haunt

It truly is a booklovers haunt. Jam packed with interesting, affordable books, excellent music in the background, friendly staff. Loved it!

This is an amazing old school book store with something for everyone. Especially grand classics sections. I love it. So many unique offerings and a great couple running the place with obvious devotion.

OMG OMG. This is the most fascinating shop I've ever had the privilege to enter. It's so many things: antiques, vintage audio, new and used books, and: (most importantly) a classic jukebox. That works! You enter the antiques room through a pair of french doors and approach the first stereo jukebox ever made. It plays 45s and the vertical player mechanism is visible. Parking is easy and plentiful, and the entire beautiful downtown Yakima is an easy walk from here. The proprietors are works of art themselves.

I have been a customer of Churchill's since 1987. My Apartment is full of their treasures. Nice friendly folks.

This is the best place I have ever been in my life. Thousands of books, both new and antique, all of them at very affordable prices. The owner is very nice, the rooms are lined with books from floor to ceiling, all bookstores are ruined for me because I will never find another one as perfect as this. I 100% recommend anyone who has ever even slightly liked a book visit.

This is a great little place to find books and some antiques. We found a lot of great stuff, and the shop owner is great! He’s looking for a few things, so reach out if you have some books on Native American History, Vintage toys, and some other odds and ends. He has a good selection of autographed books as well.

For those in love with the past and old books this place will feel just like your dream home. It's such a great place to find those hard to find books and also the niftiest little antiques. I simply love the place.

Yakima’s best kept secret for books on Northwest history, Yakima Valley history, cookbooks old and new, all genres of reading, and antiques and collectibles. It’s a must stop kind of place!

Love this place, I could spend days roaming around the stacks. Discoveries around every corner. I can't wait to go back.
